I love Jimmy John’s and am an awards member, but this location just doesn’t get it. The staff is incredibly rude and has a pretty bad attitude overall. They messed up our order and tried to blame us for ordering wrong…?? At that point I was concerned for the safety of my food so received a refund. Won’t be back to this location.
Worst quality of bread. I just order in this location because it’s open till 9 pm . I ate at other locations and usually JJ bread is so soft but here it’s so hard and the stuffings were not that great.
I had a great first time here, Megan took my order and helped me get out the door with my now new favorite tuna sandwich in like less than 5 minutes now that’s FREAKY FAST. Emily even helped me change my tire out in the parking lot what a group of people!
I went in here to get some lunch tired of Subway. Jimmie John's is definitely a step above for very little more. The people greeted me right away. They were courteous and took my order of a Vito and a Bag of chips. Cost $8.56 cheap these days. The sandwich was made and ready in under a minute, they have it down. Plenty of meat and other ingredients. The bread is excellent with a hard crust and soft inside. I got the store brand regular chips, obviously kettle cooked and excellent. Truly an excellent meal for the money.

I call Jimmy John’s at 12:29 Order the food they told me delivery he will be there shortly. I wait about 40 minutes i’ll call again they say your delivery will be shortly. 30 minutes later I called again. I speak with the manager she told me we have only one driver.They never tell me from the beginning they have only one driver. Very bad management and service. I will never order from them again.
I've loved Jimmy John's since my days in Pittsburgh. Delicious, fast, and they always get it right.
Jimmy John's did a GREAT job with my box lunch catering order today. Sandwiches were ready when I arrived a few minutes before they opened. Mangers Emily and Megan were very easy to work with and the staff on-site helped carry the food to my car. Great job!!
