I'm sorry but its a two stars. I thought the food would be great, but it really isn't. The Sushi didn't taste good. It didn't have any fish on it. Even the noodle didn't taste that good. Well the Orange chicken taste okay. The dessert is decent. The Jello didn't really taste anything. But the chocolate cake and the ice cream was good! It was too expensive, and its a waste of money.
The only reason I am giving this place four stars is in memory of what this place used to be before covid. It was a five star buffet in the area! What happened management?? Been back three time and all three times selection was poor, food was dry, trays pretty much empty before the end of the day. Please bring this place back to what it was before! This was our favorite buffet on the weekends. I will give this place another chance in couple of months. Every business relying on rating in today’s world of information and access to experience of others and their recommendations. I do not want to give low rating to this place to bring it further down. Management, read reviews and what your customers have to say. Many of them like me said it used to be an amazing place. What happened?? Maybe there is something you can do to fix the issue? Please try!
On of the worst buffet I have ever been.No wonder their rate is 3 on Google.First of all the restaurant is very smelly.Foods are not fresh at all. I took some chicken, I could notvtake it .I have been to several buffet , this one is the worst one. Not valu of money at all. Not as they advertised.Do not try it
All the food was cold or dry. It's obvious the food has been sitting out for hours. Nothing from the sushi bar seemed edible as it was all browning or too dry to eat comfortably.I ended up leaving after trying many foods but not being able to finish any. I left without being full. The staff seemed to be in a gloomy mood. Nobody smiled. I usually don't comment on the staff unless there was something extremely noticeable. The mood seemed to be negative as though the restaurant wasn't doing well. With the food as poor quality as it is I can see why they would be.
Absolutely horrible experience. Traveling for work, stopped in at 9pm with a party of 7. All of the dishes in the buffet were cold. My guess is the burners were shut off to make it easier for the dishwashers once the restaurant closed. Wait staf was more focused on rolling silverware and mopping the vestibule and buffet area. The smell of bleach filled the restaurant. Currently sitting on the toilet while writing this review. Save your money and spend it elsewhere.
Food was so good and the place is very clean. Found a lot of options and very fulfilling food. The price was worthy of the experience. Definitely going back. Just one thing, there was no Hibachi. Why are they calling it a hibachi buffet?
One of the best buffet's in town. Hibachi Buffet has had consistent service and quality. Fresh food and the sushi bar is one of the best for a buffet all u can eat setting. A must try if in the area.....
Lots of variety of Chinese dishes. You can also order To Go if you wish to. Not bad for $12.99. They served sushi too.
To start off this place has no AC. Second off they did not have fountain drinks available. They had water or apple juice. I also noticed that the straws that were given to us had chick fil a wrappers on them. the employees must be asking for multiple straws at the local CFA. LOL The food was warm not and not appetizing at all. Quite frankly I think you’d get sick from the food itself. The server didn’t speak English and was not very friendly. Don’t waste your money here !
A few years ago, I would have rated this place much higher, but now, I feel 2 stars is probably too generous. This visit was between 5:30 and 6:30pm on a Sunday. The sushi was empty on arrival, but was decently stocked after we had been there a while. The rest of the buffet was very sparse. Lots of things were mislabeled. The only fruit was pineapple and there was essentially nothing at all on the salad bar. It looked like there had been 3 soups, but all that remained was scorched dirty pans. There was almost nothing to choose from at the hibachi. The only meat was chicken that had clearly been sitting out way past a safe amount of time. Just before i left, they did put out fresh chicken... on top of the old gross slimy chicken... There was only one type of noodle and just a few veggies. They use to have higher end stuff on Sundays, but they didn't even have all the normal stuff out. It was way under staffed and two of the workers were quite rude (understandably... for the server at least). They never have been much for customer service though. If this had been my first visit, I would surely never go back and perhaps I never will. I hope this place can recover, but judging from my last visit, I have my doubts.
