Not impressed with this location. The food lacked flavor, it was terrible. The customer service was even worse except for the guy who took our order. He was very patient and friendly. The lady who brought out our food was so rude and had a nasty attitude overall. When I asked her for ketchup, she gave me a look and asked "don't you have ketchup at your table?" If I'm asking for ketchup then clearly I don't. And, when she gave me the ketchup she basically throw it at me, didn't hand it over or anything. Will not be returning to this location!
The patty meat was terrible tasted like it came out of the freezer and then they slapped it on the grill. The buns were cold. Vegetables had no taste. They charged one dollar for a slice of cheese. Good fries tho, although over salted and very greasy
Great grilled chicken sandwich and a nice cheeseburger. Side of onion rings. Everything was cooked properly and the food was fresh. we'll be back.
Great burger joint (their wings are awesome too!) with an AWESOME craft beer selection!! Best craft beers in the area with a fun family atmosphere. Definitely recommend!
Fosters at the dulles location is very nice...I have eaten at this location several times...and it's always clean ...the burgers are awesome...the staff is very friendly and eager to assist in any customer need...
Not great service. I work retail and I know the struggle of being short handed. I don't believe that was the issue. I placed my order which included a cider. The kid working the register blurted out that his manager would have to pour it. I tried to show him my ID but he didn't bother looking. Didn't think much of it, had to ask for the cup that came with the meal and then had to ask for our table marker because we weren't given either. My husband's food comes out and was first delivered to the wrong table. They bring over his food and asked what my order was. I let them know about my meal. They brought my food over and said a manager would be out to talk about the alcohol. Manager comes over and let me know that I wasn't charged for the cider and said he could ring me up now. No apology. At this point, I told him not to worry about it. Food is normally pretty good but this time my onion rings seemed to have been undercooked. Overall experience was lacking.
Wow it's changed since the last time I was here, for the better. Food is still really good and service remains good as well. They've added all the draft beers and cans, to really make it a neighborhood hangout feel. Love it!
