The Cuban was delicious but they need more staff...3 people for a Saturday lunch timeframe is ridiculous...had to wait 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches.
Just tried firehouse for the first time. Wow absolutely delicious meatball sub!! The marinara is seasoned perfectly, they don’t fall apart and they are BIG, unlike subways. They are more expensive but soooo so so worth it. Our son had no complaints about the grilled cheese either (: just dinging a star since we are a bit lower income and this would definitely have to be a once in a while treat for us and wish we could do it all the time! YUM!
Firehouse Subs serves the best sandwiches! This location made our sandwiches better than Any other location thus far and we have eaten at a lot of them over several years!!
Bought the bowl of chili.Too small ...kind of like a kids bowl of chili.It was cold too.The unsweet tea was really good though.Wendy's chili is better.

I've only been to Firehouse Subs twice and both were at the same location. I had what I believed was called a New York Steamer which is Corn beef and as na Irishman it was really good and stacked with corn beef. My only complaint was the wait time and it was a bit costly, but again it was stacked with meat. Due to cost I wouldn't go there a lot, but from time to time when I want a treat it's a great place to splurge.
Unfortunately this sub shop is not as good as I was told it was. Bad quality bread and ingredients. The steak for the steak and cheese wasn't even grilled on a grill and was served luke warm on the sub. You're paying $16 for a large combo with chips and a drink and barely getting above Subway quality. Won't be coming back.
Nice food, friendly people working there and clean store.
Service was okay, but the employees seemed to be flummoxed when I wanted to order 4 different sandwiches for my family. The food was tasty and we will probably go back, but we will just be sure to bring as much patience as possible, and will take extra time to ensure they've got the order right.
