I found a bug cooked into my pizza which I found as some the crumbles fell off as I was eating. I haven’t had an issue before, and because it was delivered I did think of the possibility of it flying into the pizza box, but unfortunately I can see quite clearly the bug on was roasted… I won’t be able to get food from here again. This was one of my favorites.
I was their customer since summer 2021, I really like their pizza and recommended it to my friends. But I took my parents there a few months ago and I recognized their quality is not the same as before. I tried again tonight and I didn't like it either. Also, the people who worked there are not friendly at all especially the guy who prepares pizza and salad.
Decent pizza and salad. My kids loved the cheese pizza and I normally order the Four Little Pig with cauliflower crust. The cauliflower crust seem to be a hit or miss depending on your palette. They have great home-made drinks too.
This restaurant specializes in pizzas and salads and promotes a farm to table experience. And you can tell right away the difference in the quality of the ingredients. I had the Devil's Wing pizza, and it was apparent that the flavor and freshness of the ingredients were first rate. This restaurant is not unlike MOD or &pizza in terms of product offerings. But the food is a couple of notches higher in quality, and you can tell after eating it that it is such. The prices are a little bit higher than other quick serve pizza and salad joints, but I feel the quality of the food here justifies it very well.
Great salads, super fresh ingredients. My favorite is Kale Quinoa salad. I’ve also had the pizza which is tasty as well. I’m from Ny so it’s hard to please us with respect to pizza !Not a fan of the new name though. “ GUSTO” was much more catchy/memorable.
Really fresh and tasty. The sauce is great…just the right amount of spice. I had the whole wheat crust and it was a great texture. We’ll definitely return!!
My favorite lunch spot hands down, worth the drive. The KALE ‘N QUINOA salad is amazing. The staff is knowledgeable dairy allergies and which of their ingredients I should skip... I hope they open more locations. Congratulations on the name change. Gusto was a great name, but I could never remember it.
Stopped by and ordered & paid for a couple of pizza for my kids, drove from Chantilly to Ashburn to realize that one of the pizza boxes was empty!!! I am wondering how could have this happened??How someone at this place can give customers empty boxes? Mistakes happen and I totally understand that! I tried to call this place to give them an opportunity to make this right. I literally called 20 times to get a hold of someone! Then someone picked up the phone and after I explained the situation, he said “We are really busy right now and my manager will call you in 2 minutes” which never happened! Then it took me another 10-15 tries to speak to someone again, then finally the manager. First of all, she absolutely didn’t care nor had any remorse. She kept saying “We are really busy, come back to the store or we can give you a credit”. I asked her if they could deliver the second pizza since I am 25 minutes away (Ashburn) but she kept saying the same thing “We are really busy, come back to the store or we can give you a credit”. Try to explain that to your 4 year old kid!! Then I requested to get a refund for the pizza I never got, she took my card information and literally hung up the phone on me!! I worked in the restaurant industry for 14 years and this is definitely not the best way to keep the customers happy, especially if you’re the one that messed up the order to begin with!!! Tried to give them opportunity to make this right, but the manager didn’t care!!
Went here on Sunday with some friends after church, I’m not a huge fan of pizza but this place was soo delicious I created my own, first I was spectacle because I thought it was a sit down dine in restaurant but it’s more like a chipotle or Subway but when I ate the pizza it was so good, you can taste how everything thing is so fresh in all they’re ingredients they use. From the sauce, to cheeses, to toppings meat, and fruits/vegetables to herbs. This is probably my favorite go to pizza place now!
Gusto farm to street in Silver Spring was closed during the pandemic. I loved their pizza and salads- not too big portions and fresh ingredients. Unfortunately it didnt make it through the tough pandemic time.
