I called, i asked if they did delivery, they said no and hung up. I called back, asked again in case i misunderstood, she said yes, and when she asked for my number, because i took longer than 2 seconds to get it, she put me on hold for 10 minutes before i hung up. Extremely rude. I called back and they ignored my calls. Avoid.
I ordered 2 bento boxes and a spider roll. I asked if I could substitute the soup and salad for a can of coke. They said no. I got home and realized they didn't put the spider roll in the bag. I called them and they wouldn't deliver it. Wanted me to come back for it. Decent food. Terrible experience.
Love the sushi here. Better than all the local places I've been. The sashimi is good and the lunch menu is reasonably priced.
Its NOT available for sit down any longer. Sad because its good sushi but without a dine in option, its a no go.
They’re pretty good- I will say my favorite within the south riding area…they just stopped their military discount tho… LAME oh and the owner is very responsive and has great customer service… the lady with the short hair… not so much. I called one time to complain of her attitude for no reason and she put me on hold and I heard everything she said.
They've got touchless pickup down cold. Food is tasty and really pretty. Have always been happy with the dishes.
If you like waiting absurd amounts of time for take out, this is your place! If they tell you 5, show up at 6
First time going. Mad a crazy busy day and East Gate was the only one open past 9p.So I gave it a try.Currently open only for takeaway.I ordered Hot& Sour Soup, Tom Yum soup, Moca Treasure and Thai Basil Chicken.They even made a one-off soup for a daughter who wanted a light broth soup with a few vegetables.It was all so delicious. The portions are BIG and GENEROUS!! We couldn't finish it all but it won't be wasted...tomorrows leftovers.
I absolutely love this restaurant. I just recently proved to the area and I’m elated to have found them and also be so close in distance! The staff is always so friendly and prompt. I have had exceptional experiences every time I order, whether it’s delivery or pick up. The food is absolutely delicious. Everything taste so fresh and the portions are wonderful!
I love this place! Too bad this incident today, April 22 at 12:25 PM has soured my experience. There was a 8-10 person deep line waiting to pick up their call in orders. This Asian gentleman was waiting for the employee to come back to the window before entering the booth. This man, shown in the photo, cut everyone while we (myself, included) told him to get in the back of the line as we all called in our orders too. He said, "Well, too bad" and shrugged. If you are reading this, entitled man, I hope you can learn respect Asian people as you love our food. Most of the people you cut were Asian with the exception of 2 White people--who also said something.As for the restaurant, I wish the employee had not checked him out first and told him to get in the back of the line. I hope you will consider this review and improve your waiting/line system.
