They have good variety of donuts. The staff is courteous. I ordered the dragonfruit strawberry drink and also the pineapple drink.Apparently, these drinks have 2 options , one is mixed with iced tea and the other option is the based on lemonade which i didn't know and the server didn't ask me. Unfortunately, she gave me the iced tea version which left a bad after taste and i didn't like it.
Seriously, every single time I come here the lady in the drive thru always has an attitude. Maybe they aren’t having a good morning, but that’s not reason to take it out on your customers. On top of that, they always somehow get your order wrong. You’ll ask for a bagel with cream cheese and jelly and somehow you get a bagel with cream cheese yet are being up charged for the jelly. I would advise to NOT come here. Take the extra 2 minutes and drive down the street to the other Dunkin location.
This store have the worst service. I’ve been to some Dunkin’ store but this store particularly has the bad service. This store hired a rude associate. I ordered 5 coffee and 10 donuts and I was charged a $0.75 for each (2)cup of water I requested. When I asked for my receipt without even leaving the counter while checking my donuts. She told me with a strong words that “ah, I threw it already”. I’m just wondering, Am I not entitled to request for my receipt? I would give a negative star if there would be a choices. I won’t plan to buy anything again in this store. Bathroom is dirty.
Work close by but have an extended commute from my home. I'll stay overnight in the area if I have a late day and early start next morning. When I do so, I'll stop by this Dunkin' location in the morning for a coffee and some breakfast. I have yet to receive a correct order and this morning has been the worst. I ordered a "large decaf iced coffee with vanilla, extra cream and Sweet-n-Low and two orders of the bacon and cheese omelette bites." I pull to the window as directed and hand my card to the cashier and get handed in return a large original hot coffee. I correct the attendant that it should have been a large iced decaf iced coffee with vanilla, extra cream and Sweet-n-Low which she replies "yes, I have that for your too but didn't you order another coffee as well?". No I did not - being she already ran my card she had to refund the item/transaction. She then hands me the receipts and my card back followed by my iced coffee and food order. I thank her and move along. Get halfway across the shopping plaza and realize the food is incorrect - a toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese and snacking bacon. I turn around and go back and get my order corrected, again. I finally get to work and go to take a drink of my iced coffee and it also is not what I ordered - it was an iced original coffee with regular cream and sugar. I frequent Dunkin quite often, not only at home but when I'm travelling. This location is by far the worst in order accuracy that I have been to - I will not be going there again.
I've had problems with this store before but today takes the cake when they completely messed up every part of my order. My blueberry sweet tea was iced tea with no flavor or sugar, the matcha was just coffee, and both sandwiches has the wrong meat and cheese. Awful people, awful service, awful food quality - I'm amazed Dunkin is letting this franchise operate like this.
I would not star this DD if I can. I saw all bad review and I would not believe all the review at this location, but now I do. DD employee ( she said she was manager I do not know what kind of manager she was) bad attitude throw my donut box to counter and told me to leave. I order on line and just want to choose my favorite donuts for my kids. Another guy said she had a bad day. What kind of excuse is that.....
The worst customer service within an 100 mile radius. How these associates still have a job is beyond me. The franchise owner here should completely clean house. These associates make this place unbeareable.
Worst experience I’ve ever had before, only one person was there who were managing drive thru and front ends as well, Instead of completing my order he preferred to handle drive thru line such an unprofessional attitude towards any customer.I recommended my to not go there again and for me I will never gine them a business again…
