This is my favorite place for Chinese food and such a gem! The main woman who works here always treats me so nicely and kindly. She is incredible and is always working nonstop to serve her hungry patrons, she's the real MVP.Here are pics from three different meals (I highly recommend every dish I've tried!) plus the up to date menu so.you can get idea of the prices. The first meal, I got crispy & spicy fish, garlic cucumbers and wontons in chili oil. If your a garlic lover like me, the garlic cucumber veggie dish is for you as it is packed full of minced garlic and dressed in sesame oil. Its so delicious and flavorful - i've gotten it multiple times (see second pic!)The crispy & spicy fish is literally one of the best dishes I've ever had! Its deep fried pieces of some type of white fish that is super tender and moist on the inside and crispy crunchy on the outside. Instead of being served with a sauce, it is tossed in the most flavorful combination of things including dried red chillies, cilantro stems/leaves, roasted peanuts, minced garlic and sesame seeds. Its SO good, I've gotten it twice (see second pic!) - and it comes in a chicken version and tofu version that i'll have to try!In a different visit to this incredible restaurant - i got the Xinjiang Style Pork Fried Ribs and the Scallion Pancakes based of someone else's recommendation. The pork ribs are $20 and are so worth it as they are a speciality of Northern China. Packed a huge punch when i comes to flavor - i think they were marinated in some combination of soy sauce, 5 spice powder, and fish sauce and then fried & tossed with minced garlic and toasted sesame seeds. Highly Recommended! If you want some delicious Chinese Food that will take you away from the traditional lo mein and general tsao's (not that there is anything wrong with that!) - Dumpling Queen is the place to go & these are the dishes to try!To the wonderful owner, chef, and all the staff: Xièxiè ni :)

DQ is our fav Chinese spot. Everything is always fresh and delicious. A few repeats are the ribs, spicy crispy tofu, dumplings, and soups.Still making our way down the menu and lots more to try! Our daughter's favorites are the house lake fried rice and broccoli with chicken.

Dumpling Queen has what you expect. Chinses food could be really good or make you sick and this Chinese food is one of my favorites. The dumplings are the queen of all dumplings and the fried rice is nice. One thing that I don't like is the place is sort of dirty and feels dark.

What's good? The portions are great. The Kung Pao Chicken, General Tso's Chicken and the dumplings were decent. We were expecting more flavor.

Everything is made fresh. Been coming here for years and always served immediately and quality of food never goes down. Dumplings are made on the spot or at least they taste like it? and their fried rice portion is generous.

Family run restaurant but not just any family but a family from Chengdu, Sichuan China. Sichuan style food is favorite. Toasty Sichuan style Green beans yum with peanuts and tingly to the mouth Sichuan pepper corns. In a little noodle stand in Chengdu I ran across Suanla Fen (Sour and Hot Glass Noodles) and found them here by the name of mung bean.

The food here was amaaaazing. My girlfriend (Chinese) and I (Korean) really enjoyed it, had the house noodle soup, green beans w/ garlic sauce and special dumplings. Very flavorful and cooked well. Definitely coming back here again!

Bottom Line: This will be my go to spot for dumplings.I was in the area and saw the restaurant. At first appearance, you probably wouldn't want to go in. It has a "dive" look and feel from the exterior. It looks like something you would see in China town not in a shopping center in Chantilly. The interior was nice however but, I figured if someone was going to call themselves "Dumpling Queen" the dumplings better be good. And they are.I ordered the Chicken and Zucchini dumplings for about $12 (plus tax and tip, yeah, I tip take out now. Feels a little weird.). I felt it was a little steep but you do get a good amount. I'd say it was about a dozen, give or take a few. The wrapper tasted like it was fresh made, not store bought. The filling was soupy with chicken and Zucchini. It was delicious. Might be the best dumpling I have had but I'll be honest, I don't usually go out looking for dumplings. But I will now. Well done, and I'll be back.

Went to get takeout and got the pork & chive dumplings and some dandan noodles. Dumplings are flavorful and filled well. Dandan noodles were also well seasoned.

Service was great and very fast! Came for the soup dumplings.. was disappointed when most of them didn’t have any soup inside :| Definitely try the cucumber with garlic, scallion pancakes, and crispy pork ribs. Very flavorful and good portion sizes. Looking forward to going back and trying some of the other dumplings!
