Mark refused to take a delivery order, and the website cannot recognize an address less than 2 miles away. They advised to use their call center. So, I should call another COUNTRY to order pizza around the corner now, and the website doesn't function properly. Horrible service! Clearly, they are not interested in customer service, and could care less about actually providing pizza. Not a good move.

Dominos is going downhill like titanic. Our family been eating here for at least once a week for 5 years now. And recently the quality is just abysmal. The portions are just smaller and smaller, Don't even think about getting the chicken wings. They jacked the price up, went from 10 to 8 wings and theirs literally 1 bite worth of meat on each one of those wings. We used to pay $30.00 for a meal for the family now its $47-50.00 with tip . One pizza wasn't even made to order. Or last order was 90 minutes late. Granted for full discloser it was a winter storm in the area and I can accept that. But the cheese was all frozen as well, and that's not acceptable. So I've really given up on ordering from dominos. Due to Covid we all have to be more tolerant of delays but when you paying a substantial amount of money more, getting smaller and smaller portions and then your pizza shows up cold. You just have to say sorry it was good while it lasted.
It was pretty busy and there was a line so I waited patiently. But then the lady at the counter helped the two people behind me. Didn't even ask if I needed help. I asked her if she was going to help me as well but she completely ignored me. Absolutely terrible customer service. Being busy is fine, but being rude is unacceptable.
First order never showed up so I called in to let them know. They sent out another order 1 hour later. Second order came in, but the pizza was totally cold. Tried to call multiple times to ask them to leave the tip for the driver because they said they would reimburse me for the whole tab and they just never picked up because they saw that I tried calling multiple times from the same number. Just pretty bad service and all I was trying to do is to make sure that the driver received my original tip. ??♂️
Even on a Friday night it shouldn't take 2 hours to get a pizza. It took the driver 50 minutes to deliver to my house and the store is less than a mile away. Pizza wasn't hot when it got here. Ciro it is next time! If I wait that long, I'm getting REAL Italian pizza.
Very rude customer service. If i could i would give -5. Delivered to wrong address, put toppings i did not ask for especially the ones i am allergic too, the slices were on top of each other. They just threw the pizza out infront of someone elses door i had to go out search where it was find it and bring to my house. When called that guy on the call was extremely rude not an ounce of kindness.
It's a mad house. It took 1 hour to make the pizza which I can understand given the number of orders. At the end of one hour they gave me wrong pizza. I returned it, and waited for one more hour and still they didn't make my pizza. They lost track of who ordered what. No printed labels on the boxes. So the girls at the front are opening boxes and tallying toppings to match with receipts and talking over the pizza while the boxes are open. *Food Safety* issues.
Perfect pizza. Joey crafted this to PERFECTION!! Can be slow at times, but they always make you feel like your service matters. 10/10 recommend.
I usually uses this store for my pizza orders but recently it’s gotten a little out of its quality and good customer service.Last couple times toppings were mixed between pizzas and today as I am confirming my order with the personal brought my order to curbside if it’s the pan pizza as it used to be in a different package he shook his head yes and turned around saying “You should know”!!!!
