Pizza is good. But owner not respect customer at all, i just want some green paper, He still refused even I can pay for it. It’s just green paper , I don’t understand why he so rude ,so bossy
First the trying to redeem points on my account when ordering through the website took multiple tries for it to work. Second, I selected curb side pickup, but when I got there and the order was ready, no one brought my order out; in addition the workers was just standing around.
Horrible phone service. It takes 20 min to place order by phone. Terrible pizza. Used to be the best place to order and one of the best pizza's. Frozen pizza is more fresh than what Dominos makes at this time.
I have ordered take out of customized chicken pizza. When I reached there there is only one employee working there. And when I get my pizza I checked the pizza and found out that there is no chicken in the pizza. And the person made another pizza. The second pizza which he made was only with chese but not robusted sauce. I asked him about this and he rudely said that's the only sauce we can add to one pizza. Atleast I'll take one pizza in a month and I know how the Dominos will serve their customers.This is the store which degrading the Dominos brand.Suggestion: "Better to hire more Employees in your Store during Weekends"

I love this location! They have excellent customer service and the drivers are very friendly and customer service oriented! I've only had an issue once with a driver forgetting my drink, but he made up for it by bringing me an extra one for no additional charge! The food is always good! I highly recommend this location!
Decided to make a post after picking up my order tonight. Not one employee was wearing a mask indoors, not even the ones preparing food. It took well over 2 minutes for them to get my pizza to me, but sure enough, they marked it delivered to avoid incurring any penalty. I received my 5th fully burnt, black pizza. I barely got any toppings, which has happened numerous times as well. Thankfully, my order wasn’t “messed up” other than the black crust or lack of toppings, but more than 50% of the time, my order is completely wrong.When ordering delivery, many times it’s been marked that my order has been delivered, and 20 minutes later, it will be delivered cold. The tracking app is not accurate/reflective and I feel like it is manipulated to avoid being held accountable.Another time, I was told that a replacement of a completely messed up order would be sent to my house within an hour. 1.5 hrs later, well past any normal dinner time, I called, and they said they would void my charge. I didn’t even have dinner that night.DO NOT EAT HERE. I’m going back to picking up my order from centreville.
Ordered chicken carbonara and two topping Pepperoni/peppers pan pizza. Pasta was very dry with not enough bacon, chicken and sauce. For the most part it felt like eating boiled pasta with a tinge of flavor here and there!!Pizza didn’t have enough toppings either. This was a late night dinner so didn’t bother returning. I used to love this place. I may look for other options if this is how the quality is going to be!
This South Riding Domino’s location is always reliable with quality hot food, quick service, and speedy delivery, no matter the time I’ve ordered. I haven’t had any issues with the app find it very intuitive in its ease of use with constant updates (you’ll have to select “text alerts” from the app).
I’m not sure how this store is still in business with all these negative reviews…We have been ordering our pizzas from Domino’s for a long time, but ever since we moved here, the South Riding Domino’s has provided us with nothing but the worst! From the rude associates who seem to not want to provide any assistance, to the over charged food, our experience here was awful! Today, we came to pick up our two large pizzas that we ordered, when we went there, the person who was responsible for baking the pizza was making the pizza with no gloves. When I asked him about it, he said, “we wash our hands after every few minutes”. He was also responsible for the cashier work, and touched all the unsanitized objects (the keyboard and money) without ONCE washing his hands! And went back to rolling the dough without caring to do it. This is UNBELIEVABLY UNHYGIENIC! This WILL be our last order here!
