We were hoping to play pool and have some drinks. When we got to Crossroads, we noticed there were two sections. The main section had music, DJ, and lots of pool tables (at least 8). It was also ALL SMOKING. We were shocked that was even legal. It was a big room of smoke-it was gross. The second section, completely separate had 2 pool tables, no music, and a bunch of empty tables. So ridiculous.There should be a disclaimer that this is a SMOKING pool hall with a very small non-smoking section with only 2 tables.
I love that this place stays open so late. I loved the fried pickles and the candy bacon was soooo good! My daughter got the steak and cheese. It was massive. The cheese sticks were bigger than most places too. You will definitely be full after these portion sizes.
Would have gotten five stars but cook refused to make three items from the lunch menu for a party of seven spending at least $35.00 each. Ordered other items that were very good but the disappointment was there nonetheless. Wait staff was good not great. Will return again just because the wings are so good. Burgers, skins, and other stuff we got was good as well.
It was excellent! Food was delicious: candied bacon, nachos and giant pretzels! Dinner items were great too! Friendly and quick servers!

The atmosphere was very nice. The food was just, like, wow. Amazing. The day manager was unpleasant and I found it difficult not to take her excessively rude treatment personally. But the night manager was there as well (given that it was late in the afternoon and maybe between shifts) and he was amazing. His professionalism, kindness and thoughtfulness more than made up for the day managers "Karen" brand of malfeasance. I would absolutely return but maybe not during the day.
Good quality food and well priced beers. Smoking allowed indoors. The place is quite large and has lots of booths as well as lots of billiards tables and the bar staff cool.
been here twice, both times with a group of my coworkers. the service was below average during both visits. the waitress took forever to initially greet us, would take forever to come back between drops, and always had an attitude. we were nothing but nice and patient with her. I watched a 4-top sit in a booth nearby, and she jumped on them quicker than they could get settled in. I used to work in the industry and I get it - you’re quick to judge people. I guarantee this place recognizes us whenever we come in by our uniform pants. I’m giving 3 stars because the wings and drinks are good. I’d come back once more and see if the next server we get is any better than the first two.
Great vibe, great food and funny servers. Pool is kind of expensive relative to other pool halls ($6 a head per hour - as opposed to paying per game with quarters elsewhere), but still not that bad considering that we're in NOVA. If we're ever back in the area we will certainly come back.
