The place is a small, mostly take out eatery with a few tables inside. I was worried it was going to take a long time to get our food but it was made fresh and delivered hot. We ordered an item from the menu that was out of stock that night and they allowed us to substitute a different side.We all liked the garlic soy boneless tenders. And the spicy garlic soy had a nice amount of heat without being too hot.
Pros: The service and chicken were ok. It is a carry-out place, but there were tables for you to sit and eat there. They were kind to provide plastic utensils to sit and eat there.Cons: It was too late when I noticed but I did not like that I got charged 25% gratuity, considering it is a take out place. But also I've never been automatically charged gratuity that high...generally 15-20% depending on the place. Since my family and I did choose to eat there, we asked for some water cups but they said they didn't have any and we would have to buy them.I personally won't be back to this place. If you plan to come here, be aware of that gratuity, as well as just take out and don't eat there.
This restaurant has the best Korean fried chicken in Chantilly. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would recommend the soy garlic and snow onion chicken.
Their chicken taste good but the service is not. The place isn’t that big but it’s clean and organized. Team member aren’t friendly.
With only 1 table, this place is really a carry out restaurant.I've been to Fairfax and Centreville location and the food is better than the other 2. It's the same recipe and mostly same menu but I feel this place gives more attention to the cooking process than the other 2 places.
The chicken isn't crispy enough and the coleslaw was waste of money, cabbage was grey( looks like made many days ago) and the sauce wasn't good at all. Usually I went to another branch, it's really good. Not going to come back to one in Chantilly.

We went on a warm day in October while on a neighborhood walk. When we walked in, the restaurant was stifling hot and I could barely breath. I asked the cashier if their AC was broken, but I received no response; perhaps due to a language barrier. We were the only ones there and ordered one 6 piece chicken and waited almost 30 mins. The chicken was just ok. However, the one table available where we sat was gross with a lot of sticky residue and was also extremely wobbly. We had a hard time eating and drinking on a sticky and very unstable table in a miserably hot sauna so we ended up carrying our food home. I have no problem eating at dives as long as it is apparent the restaurant is sanitary and well kept, but this place is questionable. I’m never going back.
