the portion sizes here are pathetic. they do like a half scoop of rice and call it a day. ?idk if all the locations are like this now or what, but it's literally half the amount of food you'd get 2 years ago... and yet it's two bucks more. gotta love inflation. (thanks joe!)I wish I had taken a picture of those anemic little half sized steak cubes they gave me, barely the size of my pinky's fingernail, but unfortunately in three bites I had already finished my bowl. they blame corporate, but idk, I go to the Ashburn one and get twice as much food for a little less money somehow.so-- much like current gas prices, (thanks joe!) it might be worth it to shop around for the best price, and find a location that treats you like a human being rather than a statistic in a sales report. yikes.
The food is amazing, Also all the people are really kind and friendly.. Also everyone who complains about everything is because they want free and extra food but they don’t wanna pay !
Plan to wait about 3 times longer than you expect!The food's pretty good but they are soooooo slow! It seems like every time I come in, they're making some big online order that they have to finish before/in between helping other customers. I was understanding the first three times it happened, but it takes long enough for me to reconsider eating here.
I ordered online for pickup at 11:40. When I walked through the door there was only 1 person in line and they still haven’t even printed the receipt to my order so they can make it. I didn’t walk out until 12:30. Unbelievable
This is one of the worst chipotle locations in the area. The quality of them all have gone downhill tremendously and it seems like regional/area/and store managers care less and less about customers. Staff here seems lazy. Always missing items in my order ( I know I should double check but shouldn’t ALWAYS have to ). Stood in line for 10 minutes while the person behind counter started online orders with 5 people in line and growing. Staff is never friendly. Guac is always browning and finding weird stems and hard bits in them. There’s just no care anymore and it shows. I had to ask for some extra chicken because I literally got about 10 pieces with my order. Probably won’t be returning to this location ever again.
My first visit to that location like 8th month ago,(take out), surprise, white rice has a weird flavor, like rotten and made a promise not to come back. This weekend I broke up that promise only to find a place with 90% of dirty tables, food on the floor everywhere. The food another story; I couldn't believe the rice portion, a children's. After we cleaned a table ourselves me and my wife sat down to eat raw rice. I couldn't believed I caught again Chipotle. All this while the employees were acting rude, whispering between each other and making everybody feel uncomfortable. I have worked for more than 25 years with customer service, your grade is D.I paid more than 30.00 for a quality service and good food to not have a bad time. I'm not going to be fooled for the third time.Bye bye Chipotle.
I ordered a large online order on Saturday evening. I was very impressed by one workers when I arrived to pick it up. She came out from behind the counter and asked if I needed something and then told me they were just filling my order. I was on my way one minute prior to the time that I had requested online. I recommend this place, that worker made all the difference.
Absolutely 0 customer service on this location. Never order from this location. I ordered for my daughter, the food is not fresh, rice and meat was not cooked. I ordered my food at 7:40 from chipotle app, and when I went to the restaurant, nobody is paying attention as I was asking about my order. After few attempt to talk to them they said they don’t have my order. After I show my email receipt they said they still don’t see. I don’t know what happens after 10 mins they said they saw my order. Even after that they didn’t work on my order rather they continue serving 3 customers that I the line even though there are 4 other employees. After waiting for 20 min they started working and gave me my order in 22mins. This is the second time that I have this kind of experience from this location. Please be aware folks!
They give small meat (steak) compared to other locations and the extra meet is $4.5. I never had to buy extra steak before.
The staff here is very rude and lazy. I asked them to add some more ingredients because my bowl was lacking what I paid for and the manager gave me the biggest attitude, while filling up the side cups with the additional beans and tomatoes. This is by far the worst location in the area.
