The new pollo asada tastes horrible!!! The quality of chipotle’s protein is going down the drain !! If you order through chipotle app, the preparation of your burrito or bowl is way different than when you order in person ! Nothing is in ratio so o the taste and they don’t mix it properly, so it’s salty in one corner and bland in another and as whole, horrible taste and sheer waste of money ??This specific Chantilly location staff is unprofessional and very careless with orders , I would not waste my money on this location atleast
This is the 4th or 5th time this chipotle has completey jacked up my order. Ordered 7 different items from this chipotle on DoorDash and only received 3 items. Half of my family didn't get to eat. And all of the bowls were barely even filled. Nothing was even sealed properly and contents of the bowls were all over the bottom of the bag. Absolutely inexcusable. I understand this store gets busy and things can be hectic but it's inexcusable.
It's the worst. Been there after almost 2 years. Around 2:30 pm, they ran out of beans. Well, no less charge for not providing beans though! Ordered Guac as a side, found out they did not even care to mash the avocado slices properly. all i got is huge pieces of chunky, unripe avocados (which cant be called Guac). Sticky floors, overall ambience was uninviting.
the chipotle is 30 min from my house and i just got home with my food. took a few bites and already bit on chicken bone twice. it grossed me out and now i'm not hungry. i tried to call the store but no luck bc it's just the worst automated person talking and can't do anything. i just want my money back without driving another hour round trip.

First off, the bowls I order are always messed up, and I order them in person which is super disappointing. The staff does not listen, ignored my request for sour cream on the side and dumped it all onto my bowl, which was for my brother who is a picky eater. I also ordered queso on my bowl and was charged for it, but none was added to my bowl. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location, and I’ve been coming for years. I’ve had many incorrect orders, so this problem isn’t a one time thing. I’ve also been over charged for food here when asking for extra meat, which they do not provide so they’re making a profit off of what I didn’t receive. The staff is rude, the experience is never good and the food is subpar. If I had to recommend this location to anyone, I wouldn’t. You’re better of going to Moe’s where they listen and make food worth paying $12, because chipotle doesn’t.
This place is still surviving because there is no chipotle close by for people coming from route 50 west. They don’t know how to cook rice. Sometimes over cooked some times mixture of overcooked and undercooked. They don’t know how to place the ingredients in a bowl. the quantity of hot sauce and black beans are same as the quantity of rice in the bowl. Because they don’t make a bed of ingredients in the bowl we get one or two ingredients at a time. One fork full of food should get you almost every ingredient in your bowl. Quantity is not great. Even though there are no customers in line they take longer times for online orders. I have been to this place 8 times and every time I experience poor service. Delayed online orders, missed chips or guacamole in orders, overcooked or undercooked food, lot of hot sauce in veggie bowl, missing guacamole in veggie bowl etc.
Employees have no idea about their own ompanies roll out of new products. Just an FYI they do not have the whole 30 lifestyle bowls here yet per the staff. I know you could customize your bowl but I need cauliflower rice to make mine. Oh well maybe another location will be better prepared or in tune
Delicious in any way you want, burrito wrap or in a bowl. Cilantro rice are just perfect. Beef and chicken are we’ll cooked. Just be patient during lunch time because the line is really long. Team members are nice. I prefer To Go orders instead dine in..
