just nowNEWnot sure if this location us correct but I have bills to pay and I do not appreciate some teenage girls asking me to come inside to pick up my Uber eats or DoorDash order when they can just hand it to me through the window and I have been driving all day and exhausted as they do not know that stress and have it easy at 1618 whatever the age pretending to be a manager I do not care about their judgment and their laziness they can walk 5 feet and hand me the bag end of story
I placed a order at 9:30 pm Saturday night VERY VERY BUSY NIGHT in that shopping center might I add due to the NATIONAL Gun Show at the expo center and they without fulfilling my order closed and was not able to get my order from Uber eats as a result. Highly disappointed I will not order from this location again as they are not trust worthy of staying open till the posted closing time which is 10 pm and they closed EARLY which is by law false advertisement.
I eat here about once or twice a week, I’m pregnant and it’s the only food I can keep down(please don’t judge me). I’ve always loved their service, never had a complain. But for the last couple of weeks their service has gone down. No longer see happy friendly face, just teenagers trying to get the costumer out as fast as possible, feel rushed to order, to pay and to leave. When I order through DoorDash I always have items missing as well, I never bothered to complain because of how great it used to be. Please. Do better.

I wish other fast food places were as polite & customer focused as Chick-fil-A!! ? Their young crews are focused at the tasks they have from my usual inside buys. Drive-throughs seem well orchestrated with their dual lanes and tablet-equipped staff although I've witnessed traffic chaos at other locations with smaller parking lot approaches. I have made that complaint well known to their corporate types at county permits meetings before they build on a new location. Their design of the dual lanes and outside order takers has notably helped. Inside, the place is clean including the restrooms. Decor is nice, food is good and their shakes are the best! My faves are the nuggets or mini chicken sandwiches topped with their roasted honey mustard sauce. I miss their summer weekend classic car gatherings with DJs and their famous kids-oriented roaming cow before COVID hit, but glad they have the dining rooms open now! ??
So glad you can dine in again; though I didn't. I got take out for the family. They enjoyed it. I passed. Vegan options at Chick-fil-A are limited. Only thing hot is waffle fries.
This place is almost always busy for a reason. Good food and courteous service. Love the chicken biscuit in the morning.
The workers are always so polite. The food is good for fast food. The shakes are delicious.
Always a pleasure stopping by to just get waffle fries. As a plant-based person, there is not much I can get other than the fries are the lemonade and super kale salad. The customer is always excellent. They have offered more mobile pick-up spaces.
Staff goes above and beyond - even the franchise owner reaches out here and there! 10/10 recommend this Chick-fil-A for its speed, kindness, and quality. Quick to compensate for any mistakes made by replacing what was incorrect and, usually, adding an additional freebie.
