My family came here visiting and they wanted to try this place out, we went there and got a bunch of treats. When we got home my sister and 2 year old ate half of it without paying attention. When I went to take the rest out it had mold on it. I tried contacting the store 9 times and each time they picked up and hung up on me. I then wrote them on Instagram and they left me on read. I will never go back there, they have the worst customer service and clearly they don’t care.
This cafe was impressive, and had a decent selection of pastries, savory and sweet food, and a variety of hot and cold beverages. The prices were a bit higher than what I'm accustomed to, but the cafe has a nice ambience inside it. And the quality of the food is pretty good. It is an ideal place to grab a beverage and snack, and relax or do work there.
Great selections of breads, cakes and pastries. The place is clean and the set up inside the store is great. The sitting area is great. Castella are my favorites because of it’s fluffiness and taste really good.
Love the fact that they're open till 11pm.Friendly and prompt service despite the nighttime. Great decor and ambience.Always see students huddling over their projects and assignments.Might be difficult to get a place to sit during rush hours. If you're a party of more than two, it would be prudent for one of them to find a table while the other orders.Have had their tea both to go and as well as the dine in option. I would say the dine in offers more value for money. You get a couple of cookies and the blissful experience of a strained tea in a tiny cup.The to go tea is more of a hot water cup with a teabag type of deal.Two restrooms. One of them is almost always occupied. But you should be able to find one soon and they're clean.The tantalizing smell of freshly baked goods and the assorted collection of books under a well lit roof is a plus !!
Delicious cakes and glamourous setting. Good place to study, although it does get very busy. Staff is friendly and efficient. Will come back when I'm in the area. Their Red Velvet cake is to die for?
Love the ambiance, pastries and baked good! Fist time I’ve tasted some if these baked goods like the risk, pistachio buns and condensed milk buns!! Coffee was great too. Thanks to family for taking for taking us.
This place was listed as a top spot to visit for Valentines Day and I see why. The cases full of pastries feels like a dream. I got their strawberry waffle, red bean donut, and rose cafe latte. The latte had just the right caffeine to sweetness ratio and the waffle could become addicting. The cashier was curt and transactional but the barista clearly enjoyed her job. Worth a visit.
Come here for all the pastry options, stay for the atmosphere. This place can get busy during the weekend but it still manages to feel cozy and personal. There are too many options to just buy one thing, a problem for someone like me that loves sugar but make it pretty too? I appreciate the attention to presentation the sweets look really high end but wont break your wallet.Specialty coffee, hot teas, boba tea here too. I would come here during an afternoon lunch break for a little pick me up, lots of seating in the back of the store.
I am going to be here all the time! Can’t believe I lived in this area for 3 years and just now discovered this place. As you can see from the many photos from others, the aesthetic is precious. Modern and chic but still homey. And SO many baked goods between their grab-it-yourself case (donuts, croissants, etc.); packaged items (cookies and small sweets); and of course their wide case of French inspired desserts ranging from cakes to mousse to tarts to brownies…everything. I got the fresh cream with strawberries (and the chocolate version) to take home and both were great. Very light and airy and not overly sweet. While in the cafe, I enjoyed the sugar donut (huge!) and vanilla cappuccino. The cappuccino was great and makes me excited to try their other coffee drinks. We sat in the back of the store where it was less noisy and more spacious. Be prepared when you go, it’s a pretty narrow space in the front part of the cafe and it’s a lot to take in on a first visit. This is my next go-to hangout!!
