Found this on my search for the best butter chicken in the area. Charcoal Chicken's butter is chicken is the best. It's got excellent flavor and the rice is always cooked well too. I definitely recommend this place and especially their butter chicken.

My new favorite restaurant for Pakistani/Indian food!. They offer much more variety than the name suggests and provide generous portions. Everything from the grill is flavorful and if you select "medium" for your curry, that's exactly the heat level you get. Here is a chef who knows what to do with seasoning and herbs.

Worst rice and biryani we ever had at a restaurant, the rice was very soft and mushy. We make this kind of rice when we get sick. Me and my husband went to a lot of restaurants and we never had this kind of bad service and food before. I would give a 0 if I could!! This place was like fast food but their prices was like like a restaurant. I told them about our food and they only offered us extra bread! We didn’t need the bread and they never apologized to us!! I would never recommended this place to anyone if they are looking for good customer service and food!

The Nihari is not available anymore which was a huge disappointment. The dishes were a little too bland for our taste. Neither were we asked how we wanted them to be prepared. Naan was good and the service prompt.

Been getting food from here for years. For multiple catering dishes and dine in. Food is always on point and great service as well! Best Pakistani food in town! Highly recommend!

There’s nothing special, it’s just your normal tandoori chicken. Small pieces of chicken and the price is a bit high compared to other Indian restaurants. The service is slow because there’s only 1 lady who take the orders for dine in or take out/pick up.

We found this little gem Desi restaurant while visiting DC area. Everything was delicious and fresh. Plenty of food per order. We enjoyed all three dishes.

This place was recommended to me and I'm glad that I tried it! Portions are big and the food is tasty. I'll definitely be back!

The karahi dishes are full of flavor and taste amazing! We have recommended it to numerous friends and they all have loved it — some even becoming repeat customers afterwards. The chickpea side is also great. We recently moved and are now double the distance, but definitely plan to make the trip for some great food.
