Walked in, not crowed today, immediately seated. That was best part of today's visit. Sat here now 21 minutes and no one has acknowledged me since being seated. I've listened to the server make suggestions for the couple at table to the right of me. Take their drink order before coming back to take their meal order. Theve cleaned the table to the left of me. Now the original mentioned couple is eating & getting a refill on drinks... still no service... keep in mind I'm seated right infront of and can see and hear all the servers & staff as well as their personal conversations. 12:27 now and I've left. Not that anyone noticed. Half hour of my lunch break wasted and I still have to find somewhere to eat....
I placed a pickup order via DoorDash and set the time to pick up at 6:15pm.Upon arrival, the food is not ready.The whole restaurants only had around 3-4 tables of customers, so not too busy, however, it took them around 30 mins to get the food ready. And the food preparer wears bracelet which is against FDA’s rule!!I ordered a lemon pepper filet as main, the sides included coleslaw, mashed potato, biscuits, cheddar cheese potato soup and fresh fruits.The filet is toooooo dry, and the cheddar cheese soup is full of cheese almost no soup per se.Worst part is the biscuit, it is too dry and so hard, feels like it is not freshly baked.And the even worst thing is that the fruit has spoiled strawberry.Terrible place to eat.
Food was great, service was excellent. Management was awful. Went there from the airport after a long trip on April 11 2022. When it was time to pay I gave them an old $100 bill that I had inherited from an elder family member that passed. Was immediately accused by a very unfriendly manager of trying to pass on a fake bill. So I promptly paid with my credit card and asked for my bill back. She refused to give it back. Only after some talking and showing I had others that I wanted to check she gave it back. So I took the bills to a bank and they happily exchanged them for me. I get not wanting to accept old bills for fear of getting scammed, but it is not a reason to mistreat a customer and try to take their money.
Consistent best describes this place. We enjoy it about once every two months and haven't yet left dissatisfied. We generally only get breakfast so I can't really speak to the rest of the menu. In my experience it's hard to screw up breakfast so take this review for what it's worth.
Pretty good experience. Food was delicious and the waitress was awesome.Only reason for a loss in star was when going to check out, it was clear some of the staff were working a fraction as hard as our waitress and paid no attention to us waiting to check out :/.All good. Would totally go again!
Fantastic chain restaurant for breakfast that I haven’t eaten at in a while. Service was quick and the food was hot; the biscuits and gravy are fantastic. They have a great menu with a good variety of options for everyone. Restaurant was clean and had a more cozy environment than its competitor IHOP.
The customer service was great, very welcoming. The Mac and cheese was alright, the broccoli was tasty and the strawberry lemonade wasn’t good so I ordered a lemonade which was better. I loved the biscuit and chicken breast. I would go back and try the other food.
I have visited weekly for years. A friendly staff who works hard. Sometimes slow getting food on a busy weekend, but the meals make up for it--and if it's not right, they'll promptly fix it. Can't ask for more! Love their turkey & filling or pot roast platters all year long; Omelettes any way you like. Honey/butter chicken, mashed taters & corn is my newest favorite! ??
The food was very good but it took way too long on this particular occasion (45 minutes). All I ordered was eggs, bacon, and toast. No apology or explanation was ever given for the delay. Pretty disappointing.
Good food and great service, and she was BUSY!! Would have been a 5 star, but my hash browns weren't extra crispy as ordered.
