Always looking for new places while in town. Found this place on Google. Stopped in to try it out. Ordered the steak with mashed taters and veggies. Was very delicious!!
This is an amazing place for cool people! Good food (some items are especially successful like the calamari, nachos grande, tex-mex eggrolls), large selection of drinks, great service, not the typical restaurant atmosphere, homey and de-stressing. There is no other place like this in NOVA. It's very bohemian, unpretentious, free-spirited, European kind of relaxed, mostly Gen X oriented (not only with the music). The staff is friendly, polite but never fake and overwhelming. Not a place for Karens though. Very special, very cool! I hope it never changes. Favorite!
Service and food was good. Plus, great selection of beers, and much more.Turkey burger was tasty.Caesar salad was good.And our daughter gave two thumbs up for the chicken fingers.
My wife and I started the evening ordering drinks. We both ordered a long Island. We noticed the Coke/Pepsi was flat and notified the sever right away, it took him awhile to come back to our section to even make the complaint. The manager then informed us he was aware of the issue as they have been having problems for several days now. Not sure why, as the customer, we wouldn't have been told prior to making the selection so that we could choose another option. Had we not said anything we would have been stuck paying for a drink we were unsatisfied with. We had to chase down the server to take our order as we waited roughly 15-20 minutes after the drinks were brought out. We were ready to order at that time, but he literally dropped the drinks off and walked away without asking if we were ready. The food was undercooked. Overall we were completely unsatisfied with our dining experience and the manager did nothing to make it right. Poor service, managment, and food. We will not be back!
Talk about a steak fajita!This was three steak fajitas in one...You get what you pay for.The food quality is excellent upscale bar menu at the Backyard Grill...There was a group of regulars there before happy hour even though it was snowing outside.I returned for another visit and really enjoyed one of their giant delicious salads.Very tasty.Fresh cold beer and excellent cocktails abound...I'll have to come back to check out the outdoor patio when the weather gets warm.Can't always find a good bar with great food.I shall returneth!!Mindy is a great mixologist... and Raff is an attentive manager.Thank you Backyard Grill !Just what the doctor ordered!Hey... I received an Uber Eats order for Steak and Chris was kind with confirming my order and when it was arriving. The steak though came medium rare and I ordered medium well and it didn't have any flavor. I called to let them know but they were way too busy.. I'm lucky I'm staying in an extended stay. So I got a pan and cooked it myself. The mashed potatos and salad was the best out of the whole meal.

American bar/pub close to all the airport hotels. Pretty good atmosphere and very friendly wait staff. Good beer selection and my fajitas were very good.
