Placed an order at 9:39pm. At 10:52pm the order still wasn’t here (we are 7 minutes away) — the tracker said two different drivers had our food and then returned to the store. When I called the store they told me they couldn’t do anything for me because they were closing and I’d get a refund in 4 business days. We were regular customers — won’t be ordering again. I’m more insulted than anything by the fact we had to call THEM to find out we wouldn’t be receiving our food. Really unprofessional.
First time trying Wingstop and last time. My pregnant wife works in the same shopping center of this location . We made a order of boneless wings and a order of bone in wings. Mind you we did not pick the same type of sauce they decided to mix all the wings in one container. My wife went back in an asked if they could fix the order and they said we assumed you wanted it all together in one box and just looked at her. She decided to ask for a container and a bag and did it herself. I will never return to this establishment ever again.
The wingstop wings are delicious and a great bargain considering what others are priced at. This is probably my favorite wingstop because of this combo!The boneless wings are a generous size each and I would recommend getting the fries with cajun season. Both were super delicious.I’m looking forward to coming back here a lot!
Do not order delivery. I placed an order at 5 which was supposed to take up to 45 minutes which one fine. It arrived 1 hr 45 minutes later. Not a fan get getting cold soggy food after leaving a generous tip which I couldn't decrease. Just tip yourself and go pickup your food.
Nice friendly staff. Usual wings ! No indoor for sure. The last time the fries were very old! So I had to say to them this time to avoid that!
We always love coming to the wingstop! The employees are always friendly and the food never disappoints. Their wing flavors are amazing and their fries are the best ever. Will always come here!
Such A Hit Or Miss Location ! The Night Shift MUST Just Be Re Heating Canceled Or Not Picked Up Orders ! My Wings Were Dry, My Fries Were Cold, Dry & Old & The Sweet Tea Was Watery .. I’m So Angry !!! This Was A Door Dash Order BTW
Giving a one star based on my most recent experience. In the past they have been ok.There was huge mistake in my order. The gentleman got a little snippy which surprised me since the error was on their side. After standing there for several minutes trying to figure out how to rectify the situation I was done with aggressive attitude and suggested he attend some customer service and communication class.Now the bad part. I woke up the next morning with the worst stomach ever. I've ordered many times before and never had an issue. It was border line whether to make a trip to the ER or not. Did they intentionally contaminate my order or was it a total coincidence? I guess I'll never know for sure but I'm 99% sure they did.. Next time you have a discrepancy just cancel your order and move on.
I had given this place a 4 star before now I am changing it 1 star because this store specifically doesn't want to serve their customer there's always a problem in there system they stopped accepting debit card only online order.
