Unique bagel. Nice and chewy. Loved it
I'm new to the area and will never return to this place again! I had three bad experiences when ordering simple breakfast sandwiches. Every time I ordered, I would wait 12-15 minutes for my sandwich to find out that they had forgotten about me. Mind you, I tip nicely, and after the 3rd time, I just walked away without asking for my money.Your workers need to pay more attention instead of having side conversations with customers. I honestly think they're distracted instead of working. The worker that WROTE DOWN my order literally lied to my face and said, "The last customer took your sandwich" hahaha, yeah, right! I saw him carry one sandwich!! No accountability!!! Own up!!Sincerely,A New Englander
Just went there this morning. The service is rude. no receipt for your order. The bagel is cold, not fresh at all. Do not recommend
This is a sad post for me, I very rarely leave reviews and when I do it is mainly for great service, however, I just feel this needs to be posted. First let me say I love their Bagel breakfast sandwiches, they have one of the best everything bagels I have ever had. The problem is the owners/managers are so disgruntled that people buy their coffee from Starbucks and not them that they are not only rude at times about it, but, it would seem, at least by my experience they are charging more at times randomly to make up for it. I personally will never go back unless there is an owner change or management change. I just looked back at me charges by e-mail and was charged $4.76 before they started not letting you see the screen, to up to $8.25 since. It is sad to me that the owners are so upset that people are not buying their coffee they are losing customers. I have known this for a while but kept trying to see if it would change, it isn't. My suggestion is make them show you the screen before you swipe.
Best bagels outside of NYC. They aren't as heavy and dense as a NYC bagel, but that's not a bad thing at all. The whole family enjoyed eating breakfast here, enough so that we came back for breakfast everyday we were in the area during this portion of our road trip.
Excellent bagels and atmosphere. They are so nice. The sandwich needed another egg or use a larger one. That was my only critique.
I worked for two weeks here at this location and the management does not pay the proper way. What I mean by this is that he will pay you under the table and ask you if you are willing to get paid by cash. Management still hasn’t paid me nor called me. This is poor work ethics and against the law. Plz do not work here..

Used to be able to go here and turn around a quick bagel…now even if you call 25 min ahead you’ll be told to wait 20 min in the store…I get understaffed but this is ridiculous
(2) Sausage, egg, and cheese bagels - waited for awhile since it was busy which was fine but sandwiches came out cold which was disappointing.
