I had a great weekend dinner here with friends. We reserved a table and had no problems with them honoring that. The host and the waitress were very kind and patient with our 6 person table. I recommend getting the more expensive sushi options as the cheaper ones leave you wanting something more and something tastier. Their sake was delicious too. Theres plenty of parking in this neighborhood and plenty of seating at the establishment.
First time in this place, ordered California Rolls and Shrimp tempura, they were ok! But what it disgusted me the most was that one of the waitress grab a paper menu from the garbage can and then open my food container and place 2 soy sauce containers, I asked to change my order completely, she and the other waitress tried to tell me that she didn't do that when I saw everything, besides that one of the guys that make the rolls was wearing gloves and he uses the same gloves to touch his nose. And then they got mad at me because I was complaining about it, ohh and they charge you $1 for the spice mayo when is supposed to be free, I had none in my order.
Food was great but service was terrible. Our waiter rude saying what whenever we asked for something. The server also put her hand in my face when I was trying to order my food. Also most of the staff do not speak English here. Weird.
I've been here twice and it has been excellent. The food and sushi are tasty. I got the broiled squid this time and it was everything I hoped for.
Overall, it is a good restaurant (especially for later nights). The Sushi is good (not best quality, but you pay what you get), the tempura (soft shell crab tempura) is amazing ~
Hands down best spicy tuna roll I've ever had. Hot dishes are also amazing. Friendly service.
Excellent sushi, miso soup, and pan fried noodles. We ordered the chicken katsu for our daughter and it was perfect - not dry like at some other restaurants. I did not expect a restaurant like this one to have high chairs and kid-friendly options, but they do! She LOVED the food and the servers were so kind to her. I had to leave a review to say thank you. We will definitely be back.
Been going here since about 2013. Its an absolute gem. The fire chicken is one of those spicy dishes you end up craving. The sushi is always on point. They have a spicy sashimi salad that is phenomenal.
Extremely Impatient, Rude Waitress (The one with long hair), food was mediocre but ok. On 12/12/21 (Sunday) 8pm I visited restaurant with my group. We needed one more water cup. I walked up to front and asked a waitress some water. She gave me a water bottle instead of a glass of water. So I asked for a water bottle. With big fake smile, she walked back and grabbed water cup. I found she did not bring a straw. Since the glass of water wasn't for me, I asked for a straw for hygiene purposes. Her BIG FAKE SMILE TURNED INTO UGLY DEMON'S FACE. She was FURIOUS and OUTRAGEOUT... YELLING AT ME... "SIGH! ASK ME AT ONCE EVERYTHING!!!" (하...한번에좀 물어봐주시겠어요!!!) I understand she had to go get straw again and had to walk 6FT... She did not have to yell at me. Sushi chefs and customers nearby could heard the utterance... Great business management. This is unheard of that a waitress is rude to customer. Unacceptable customer service!
Customer service is very rude. We asked the waitress for a cup of water while paying the money and the waitress just was standing there and said to leave since there are a lot of ppl waiting for the seat! All we asked was a cup of water before heading out. Never had a experience like this. Does NOT recommend it at all. Horrible !
