We were looking forward to our meals but unfortunately it was a disaster. We ordered online and picked up inside. Gave it a two star because the only thing that was good was the time our subs were ready, otherwise it would have been a one star. The staff was not welcoming at all. As soon as I walked in, no greeting so I just stood there by the rack that had online orders, I'm presuming. The lady that was packing the sandwiches just handed the bag to me, not asking for my name or what I had ordered. Since I ordered 6 subs, I figured I got the right bag. So two out of the six subs completely wrong. Ordered turkey/ham with olives, lettuce, tomatoes etc and we got was like 3 slices of turkey, no ham in sight and like a pound of olives...it was overloaded with olives. Barely any lettuce and maybe 1 slice of tomato. The other was subway club, which should have turkey, roast beef, ham and the veggies we picked. We'll again maybe couple of slices of turkey, looked like one slice of roast beef and no hint of ham. The veggies on the sub was inadequate. I guess if you don't ask for extra veggies, they barely put any. Not the Subway I remember.
Went there and told her I wanted the cold cut sandwich & she asked me what it had in it like I work there..? Got sub at 6/7pm on a Wednesday for my husband .Thursday 12:45pm We are currently at the hospital for very severe food poisoning from subway ! Tried calling and they don’t pick up … don’t recommend.
Don't order curbside from this restaurant. When you call to say you have arrived they don't answer the phone. When you go into the store their excuse is that the phone doesn't work. Horrible customer service.
A man who prepared my sub also processed the payment while still wearing the same gloves that he used to prepare the sub, then touched the POS screen, and his smartphone then returned to food section while wearing the same gloves.
This is the worst subway restaurant I've ever seen. I wouldn't ecommend anyone to go there. Your rate is 3.1 anyways. Learn how to take care of a customer over the phone!!!
The worker here is the worst! there is no worse than her!! GO TO ANY OTHER BRANCH otherwise you will hate this restaurant!I hope customer service contact me.

The worst experience in this place the lady was really rude and she was really lazy and mad. And she didn’t know the special for the day. I don’t recommend this subway place.
