Terrible experience. Both barista and store manager failed to get my mobile order correctly. Unfriendly and unprofessional behavior when asked for refund on missing order, telling me I can take care of it on my own through SB app. I am still not able to find the suggested 'cancel order/refund' option on their app. I guess it was another way of her saying, 'I am too busy. Take it up with customer service'
I have never had a good coffee from this location. Even when they get my order right (which is only about half the time) it still tastes burnt and stale. There’s another location just a mile away on Union Mill Road that’s actually good, so I’ll never be coming back here again.
Great staff. Always friendly. Have never had a bad experience here. Katie runs a great store.
As an African American customer I didn't feel welcomed. Service was fast though. They didn't have exactly what I wanted.Been there on a few occasions and they didn't have what I wanted
This Starbucks location provides excellent service, consistently. It's not a great location to sit down to do work as it is rather small but the staff and baristas are amazing.
Chaos! Staff don't work together, there is no brigade or team atmosphere trying to get everything out. Mobile order drivers get priority because they harass the staff to get them out first. I was there waiting 22 minutes with my drinks while I waited for croissants to be warmed up. There were so many staff they were running into each other. No one was cleaning their stations. Stations were abandoned from time to time to go to kitchen to get stock.
Your typical strip mall Starbucks. Gets a little busy.
I come here a lot because it’s the closest to my house and the service is subpar. I always end up standing there for 3-5 min before someone even looks up or asks my name for the mobile order. I understand they are busy but there must be a better system as most of the time my drink is already made and it’s just sitting there.
