Might be one of the slowest, most often incorrect order accuracy, Starbucks in the area. Better off driving to Chantilly

Twice ordered a Caramel Macciato at around 180° F, but looks like no bidy cares about the order got a luke warm drink. Other locations are not as bad as this
Nice Starbucks. Good temperature, music right level, drinks done right.
Clean location with lots of space to spread out.
This Starbucks has not got a drive through, Thank You! So you won't find yourself waiting in the store for the rest of the drive through orders to clear before you may get your order from the frazzled staff. Which also means you can talk to the staff and they are so nice. And they have a Clover machine, Yeah! Go here, buy a Clover coffee, just not one of the ones I like.
Like any other Starbucks that I've been to, this store are friendly. I ordered a basic caramel Frappuccino and a taste of the same like any other one that I've ordered in the past.
I love this Starbucks, but recently I’ve had several drinks come out wrong that I’ve had to come back in with. There is one newer employee that has a “better than everyone” attitude it seems. It makes me sad because all of the other employees are so nice and sweet. This same employee tries to make things differently because they “come out better” in her opinion. I’ve had to take back 3 drinks in the last two weeks and they have all been made by this same employee. She doesn’t have a visible name tag so I’m unsure of what her name is. Every single other employee is fantastic though, shout out to you guys. ❤️
Went there only one time. The staff was very nice. The place is big.
