Will def return. Everything was so fresh and delicious.
Enjoyed this poké place, especially since I feel like there are generally pretty limited options for poké in the DMV, compared to other places I’ve lived. Seemed a little bit pricey, but you also have to consider the area. Fish and ingredients were of decent quality, and staff was friendly when I went.A few complaints about the prep of food was that the person who prepared my bowl seemed thrown off by the ingredients I got in the build your own poke bowl, loading it down with edamame to the point where I just couldn’t finish all of it in comparison to the rest of my bowl (rice, fish, etc.) Some of the ingredients were also chopped very poorly (different sizes, too big to eat) - both the green onion and cilantro, which was with its stems. For the soup we ordered, it was supposed to be a pork broth, but I genuinely believe it was vegetable or miso. If not, the flavor was missing a bit.
Fresh and amazing food. High quality as well and friendly service. I can't recommend this place enough!
My favorite poke spot in the area!!
Closing around 5 PM (not stated as 7 or 8 PM on google). The food was just okay and a little bit overpriced. BBQ pork was typical American style, which seemed colored rather than cooked into the best flavor. Not recommended unless no other choices.
This place is so good!! They give you so much for the price (24oz for $11.99) which is more than any other poke places value-wise. The quality of the fish & toppings are fresh, and the owner is always friendly (plus his protein scooping is top notch, he always gives you a little more than he should, I know some poke places skimp HARD on the protein).
Great place with great food! Everything is really fresh and I think that makes a massive difference. Plenty of options to choose from as well. If you’re in the area check it out you won’t regret it.
We are not poke people, but went for the noodles and there was a great selection of items for us that didn't have fish. The Spam and rice appetizer was pretty good - nice and salty. There was a noodle and shrimp dish that was delicious with the really tasty noodles. The winner, however, was the crispy chicken with mango sauce on rice. You can have brown or white rice and the sauce with the fresh mango is so good. It does come with vegetable rolls, which were just ok, and then wontons that were pretty good. There are a lot of extra sauces to try, so we will be back for those and for the other selections, like the Bento box and the curry rice box, etc. Very nice staff and it's really pretty cheap for the amount of food you get. The only bad thing is that there is no online ordering. Other than that, it's a great little niche place in Centreville.
I dropped by today (Sunday) to find the place closed. I check their hours beforehand and it's supposed to be open. There are so many notices in the window, I don't know what to make of it. I hope they haven't closed their doors for good ?
This place is amazing! Super fresh ingredients and awesome staff! The best poke place I've been to around here.
