The food is great however the reason for the 1 star is the customer service and the fact that the last 3 times i've been there they have forgotten food to complete the order and get home with family and it's missing and have to go back. when i got back last time one gentleman was questioning if I was actually just in there to order. I'm like you've got to be kidding me right....the other 2 customers in line were also back after about 10 minutes as both of their orders were incorrect as well.Just double check your food prior to leaving.
Very good chicken and the sides choices are great.
Food always good. Service quick and friendly. However, I have only given 4* because they no longer serve their delicious onion rings, such a shame. Won't stop me going back when I can though
Customer service is at the lowest level. Felt uncomfortable to get food from this location. The employee at the counter was without a mask, groaning and mentioned he has severe body pains all this during covid case numbers were going over the roof. If they are sick they shouldn't be there.
Always have fresh chicken and fries and the employees are awesome and always kinda
Worst Popeyes location I've been to so far, cashiers chatting with each other the whole time, and doesn't allow any customization since they already packed everything and doesn't want to make more work for themselves. (Chicken and fries were all prepacked and setting under a heater) So the crispy chicken was soggy from sitting there for who knows how long. I asked for water cups and they all looked at each other instead of moving, saying they have no water like what?? Their machines really had no water so I asked for cup for ice and they all didn't want to move! I went back to the desk multiple times because they keep forgetting orders. LAZIEST PEOPLE I'VE EVER SEEN.

The wait to order and get my food was over 30 mins.
The food was hot and fresh. And the staff are pleasant and doing what they can. But there was a wait for simple orders. No issues. Nothing wrong. Just slow.
Was not impressed with the new ch8cken nuggets, at all. Should of just purchased a chicken dinner like I always do, oh well.
