I ordered a personal cheese pizza, WITHOUT SAUCE. and I had to wait 15 mins just for it to have sauce. Needless to say I was very disappointed and I had to return the pizza and wait for 5 mins. I understand my tastes in pizza is different but please understand that some people absolutely HATE SAUCE. Don't come to this location unless you like getting your order wrong
I haven't had a Pizza Hut pizza in 2 years, so the "Meat Lover's" large, take- out, from Centreville Square, VA, was a huge, delightful surprise when I ordered on 29 May 2022--it was the best pizza I ever had, honestly. It was full of meat, the slices were heavy with 6, assorted, and evenly distributed, meats, evenly cut wedges--it looked like an advertisement photo, and was delicious. The special deal was $15.99, and it was a great value. Nothing skimpy about the meat, cheese or sauce, and I had NOT ordered, or paid more for any extras--the basic ML was bountiful and outstanding--with real care, skill and artistry to make it look and taste so exceptional. WELL DONE!
Sorry for taking your paper towel roll. We made a mess in the car. But the mess was because of how good pizza was that we went crazy.
The online order was wrong in the code. I wanted stuffed crust on one pizza but not the other. It added the price to both pies so I had to take too many steps to redo and ended up not getting stuffed crust. Overall this was fine and tasted as I expected and delivery was smooth.
First time ordering from Pizza Hut in awhile. Not impressed, but left satisfied. They gave me someone else's pizza which I did not realize until I got home. Fortunately I live close so I brought everything back, and who seemed to be the owner or supervisor (I didn't get his name, it was Asian gentleman) quickly realized the mistakes, apologized, and quickly re-made my order. Sure I had to wait, but I want my orders to be correct! Quickly went back home with fresh made pizza and it was tasty, not too greasy which I like. Train staffs to cross-check the order before sending out!
I upgraded to Pan crust but still got the hand tossed pizzas today. I order Pizza Hut especially for the pan crust so I was a little disappointed after paying extra for nothing. :(
My experience with this Pizza Hut was great! Super nice staff and quality pizza, I will be ordering our pizzas from this location in the future!
We created our own pizza and it was just as we imagined it would be! Delicious !
The customer service is less than desirable. The restaurant does not have crush pepper the four times I have ordered pizza. The last time I ordered pizza I had lengthy conversation with the manager (Indian Gentleman). My order was not taken correctly, I had to repeat my order three times on the same call as the phone was being passed around. The Centreville Virginia restaurant needs to be reviewed and the staff have to be trained .
