Hashis is a GM there? This guy is the biggest tool and most disrespectful person I've met. This store will Crumble with him answering complaints. Have ordered from this store plenty. Everything perfect no concerns. Ordered a $70 order and everything but the poppers were incorrect. When I called the next day ( store was closed day i Ordered) he told me he couldn't refund me anything. Then proceeded to tell me to stop talking and I better start listening to him. I'm insulted and shocked. Someone needs to call me about this clown asap
New stuffed crust is super good! I actually like it more than the pizza hut and price is affordable too. Can't wait to try other speciality pizzas with it.Store is clean, lots of employees working. I see some employees not wearing mask at all or not wearing them correctly and eating in the back. Don't they not have a proper break room? Funny to see the sign on the door that customers should wear a mask regardless of vaccine status.I'm not against any of the COVID measures but I'm not picky either. To put it short, let's be consistant about these measures. Corporate is advertising there's health protocols, but I don't see any stickers sealing my pizzas and I see inconsistencies in masking every time I visit. The world has not been constant about the health measures and that's why this is never ending.But 1-star deduction is not because of this. On the weekends, store should be more organized. Person managing the front should not leave the register except to check if the order is ready. Yeah I know, it gets super busy and they're short-staffed but someone should be constantly greeting the customers so people don't get piled up inside the small storefront.
Giving it three stars because the food was good and since I don't really know how some of the other employees work, I feel like it wouldn't be fair to them to give it a lower score. I had a really bad experience with one of the employees there. Didn't get his name but he was an older guy that working the front of the store. I ordered through Doordash and the guy was incredibly rude and was saying that because I didn't have my name and phone number (even though I showed him my account info with my name and number on it since it didn't show it on the doordash receipt) that I would need to cancel the order. He led me back to where they had their pizzas waiting to be picked up and was basically telling me that they didn't show my name or anything. The first one I looked at had my order and my initials on it so it was clearly him just not looking hard enough. He said after that that I should have my name on the receipt on doordash to make it easier next time which I have no control over...doordash makes the receipts. I told him that I had no control over that and he just said, "Thank you, goodbye". I was surprised at how awful the customer service was this time because it had been good the other time I had gone, but then again, it was a different person at the register.
Order arrived over an hour late and it wasn’t even hot. No one from the store contacted us at any point. Was unable to reach the store at any point, the phone lines kept hanging up automatically. Already made other food at this point. I want a FULL refund, including tip, and I’m never coming back to this store.
Took two hours, pizza arrived cold and tasteless. We ordered six cups of the nacho cheese sauce and they gave Bleu cheese instead. Easily one of the worst pizzas I have ever tasted! TERRIBLE!!!
Horrible!!Usually i order from this store every thing goes fine.But this time we Waited for our order for 50 minutes after online said it’s ready for pick up .

Pizza is great. We always request square cuts and they never forget. Well there was one time they didn’t cut my pizza at all. So 3 stars
We recently visited Papa John's to collect our takeout order and were overwhelmed with the kindness from the manager and entire team. Arriving earlier than our order, my youngest son wanted to watch the pizza making in action so we headed inside the store. Not only did the manager and team safely invite him 'behind the scenes' to watch the pizza magic in action, they let him make his own personal pizza. My son has not stopped talking about his incredible visit to Papa Johns. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for turning a simple pizza pick up into an unforgettable memory! Customers for life :)
