The kimbap is very good and the staff is incredibly nice! I actually ate half of this before remembering to take a photo!
I was craving some tteokbokki so I drove from Sterling to get some from here and check their hours which are until 9pm. I arrived at 8:04pm and was told I can no longer dine in.. where does it say they do not allow dine in at 8pm.. i drove 20 minutes and was not able to have food.. this is ridiculous. You should update your hours here/website and specify your dine in hours!
This is my first time ever leaving a review. Horrible customer service, the waiter demanded tip from me and told me to not come back if I don’t give tips? “I’ve seen you here before and don’t bother coming here again for dine in if you don’t give tips.” His tone and manners were so rude. I’m honestly having hard time understanding how the tip system works here. I used to come here often and they always gave me dirty looks and demand tip each time. I give them tips sometimes but I’m a student and I don’t always have extra money with me. I thought tip is something optional? Why are they acting like it’s mandatory? Also this another time a waitress demanded more too from me and didn’t like the one i gave her. Centerville location is also rude to foreigner customers. I won’t be coming here again. Anyways, their loss they lost their customers.
A small place with an amazing flavor! I love going to Myung-Ga, their food is so good. They are friendly, clean and helpful.
I don’t know why but they have a website that isn’t linked here but is linked to the fairfax location. The website is only for this location. If you order online, hoping to order from the fairfax location, don’t. It’ll go here and they will not cancel your order. If you make the mistake of ordering online, they will tell you it’s completely your fault so they will not do anything about it. I get it if the order can’t be cancelled but why be so rude about it.
Gimbap craving satisfied. Gimbap always made fresh. Can get busy, so plan ahead.
The food is great! Specially cheese dukbokki.. Also, try jappongsuswbi.
I don't write reviews, but feel the owner needs to know. This restaurant needs HUGE IMPROVEMENT in waitress services. I been here several times and waitress services were VERY POOR every time. Waitresses can't speak English well (Hispanics) and that would've been okay if they were at least have been friendly. Asked for napkins and waitresses body & facial language irritated me so much that they ruined my meals. I would rate this restaurant 5-stars (food actually tastes pretty good) IF CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPROVES. The owner and employees need training to improve and they need to know that customers want to enjoy good meals with great service from waitresses.
Good food, not so great service. I called in advance to place a to-go order. Went inside to pick up the order 20 mins later. Three servers just ignored me and helped others while I just patiently stood there waiting. After 10 minutes of my invisibility to them, a server looked at me and said if something they just packed was my order. I said no, and told them what my order was — and it was packed over 10 mins ago, on top of the togo table. I asked the server if I was invisible to them and the server apologized, but I still left the building unhappy. Of course, food is not so warm anymore either.
Very affordable and delicious kimbap! My mom speaks Korean and ordered the vegan version of our kimbaps for us by phone. There was no substitution, unfortunately, for the meat and egg (?) that were removed, but the kimbap was still a hit. We ordered two times for pick-up delivery. In terms of COVID protections, I also really liked that another maskless lady seemed to try to cut in line, but that the host seemed to 1) remind her to put on her mask, and 2) tell her that there was someone ahead of her in line.
