Good service… friendly staff

Dont speak english, poor customer service

This was the 2nd time and its the last time. We decided to give this spot a try after hearing they updated their menu with galbi. Now the last time we came the blast the music so loud as a tactic to get people the east and leave. Anyways we came today and they were blasting Spanish music at a Korean bbq restaurant. Anyways so we order our food and galbi is not galbi, the Korean lady was using the same tong for our table and everyone else gross. When we asked for tongs she brought out some un cleaned tongs (see picture). After all that said and done we found a long strand of hair in our food (see picture). When we tried to tell the lady and or guy they said its normal and they took a lysol wipe to remove it. The acted like everything was okay. They tried to get us to pay for the whole meal. Then the lady who couldn't speak english told us to no pay okay dont come back. Edit* owner replied to yelp review with threats.

Wifey and I usually go to Iron age or SO Korean in Centerville. Passed by and decided to try Meat Project. The atmosphere and the vibe is very hip. The meat choice is very gooooddd! The flavoring on the meat are excellent. That pork wine is highly recommended. They have this side dish corn cheese was additive. The steam egg and Bean soup I wasn't really feeling the flavor. The dry age Rib eye was outstanding. Over rall experience the server was great. Very clean and staff is very kind. Diff a must try place. The price for $30 a person was worth it to me since they have short ribs and Rib eye.

First, let’s start with the atmosphere. Is it a club or a restaurant? The music was a bit overbearing and way too loud. We found ourselves yelling over the music.Decor, not very comfortable. Small tables and uncomfortable seating.Service was excellent. Our server, as well as others were very attentive.Food, I was a bit disappointed. Sauces left a lot to be desired. Meat was marinated too much and was quite sweet, it overwhelmed the flavor of the meat. The restaurant is certainly geared to a certain demographic. I did not enjoy myself because the music was to loud and marginal food. I will give it another try, maybe it was just an off day and I will modify review after a second visit.

Eating at meat project was a profound experience. The meat is heavenly, I loved the beef brisket, the pork belly, the pork jowl, the side dishes, and especially the large intestine! The staff was attentive and kept our group refreshed on drinks and food.I especially had a great experience with Sam, from the management staff there. He made sure we had the best experience. 5 stars - highly recommend you come here !!

So I go in. It says $30 per person for their all you can eat. The host guy asks me how many. I tell him one. He gets on the phone and comes back and says it is $40 person for one person. I tell him that isn't posted any where. He said "because it is all you can eat." Very shady and insulting. I was scoping out this place to eat with friends in the future but no more.

Pretty darn good, nice service, very clean. Was not a huge fan of the style of chairs they had. The meat was good quality but the galbi and dry aged steak were not super amazing. The wine marinated pork and brisket were really good. Standard Bulgogi and sides. Their side salad was actually very good as wewell. I was sad their beer selection had been tapered off, was excited a place had echigo stout, but ended up with a Terra product instead. Overall definitely a good place to go with a group of friends to check out. If you go solo they charge 10$ more.

I have eaten there for 3 times already. My experience is very good, which is over my expectation. The time limit is 90min, but everything is okay even if it is over a little bit. There are a lot of kinds of beef as well as side dishes, but I prefer the ribs most for the sauce is very special, something like the Korean BBQ. Another thing that impresses me a lot is the friendliness and helpfulness of the servers. They help you manage the grilled ones very well and usually ask the next dishes you wanna try. They work very fast and effectively. In all, I really like this and also recommend this to many friends.

I am visiting the Stafford area from Alabama. My daughter and her boyfriend really wanted Korean BBQ. Several places we several hour waits. We never heard of Meat Project but we gave it a chance. The wait was just under 1 hour but it was a Saturday night and packed. It was well worth the wait. Not only was the food good the service was amazing. My favorite was the spicy pork bulgogi. My daughter and her boyfriend went on Monday night and there was no wait. The said if was still amazing and great service. Also the music was awesome. We will have to go here again when we visit.
