So many issues with this place. It is arguably one of the busiest McDonald's in the area, however they do not have the staff to accommodate it. It regularly takes 15+ minutes to get through the drive thru. Ive had multiple wrong orders given. On two separate occasions I've had drinks that weren't flat, but absolutely tasteless.On top of all this, half the time they are not open 24 hours a day, it seems like it just depends on if they have enough employees that day. Unfortunately, the franchise owner has no incentive to fix any of these problems because of how busy they are. I will avoid this McDonald's as much as possible from now on.
I had an online order that they messed up initially, I gave them the receipt because they asked for it to correct their mistake... and they got the order completely wrong again lol. Maybe they were having a bad day but my experience was not good.
Most racist disrespectful experience... only for the employees to help there friends and ignore me for 20min maybe cause I'm asian. After confronting the manager or employee to get told it's not there problem and not a single apology and when asked for there name only for them to tell me that there name is no name. Seriously is that how you train your employees. I have a little bit of professionism.
Not only do the workers talk to the customers like they hate their life, but also, they tried giving us the complete wrong order, that I'm sure the didn't remake for the next person and they just handed out food that was touched by a bunch of hands, they also didn't give us our drinks. Not to mention when I ordered and tried to tell them the sauce I wanted they said that was a "2nd window" thing (as someone who worked at McDonald's, that's wrong and lazy) and because they handed us the wrong order the first time they also missed the sauce and I know all this stuff is minor but if I'm going to pay $11 for food I'm hoping I get what I expected. Worst McDonald's in the area, I promise.
2 customers in front of me ordered breakfast menu around 10:30AM, but the staff told me breakfast is over? Checked the McDonald website and it's surely served until 11AM. Also had another bad experience where multiple items were omitted from my order (drink, mcnuggets, sauces) the other night. Just seems like a bad experience every time I go here.
This is consistently the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Worst service king wait times unreliable menu cold food the list goes on. Is you really want mcds I highly recommend you take the extra 10 minutes to drive to another mcds. I am tired of being disappointed by this mcds it is literally tbh worst.
Nothing Fancy about any McDonald's. The lines are long. Most of the time they never get the correct orders. This one least the drive thru was moving along but messed up on my order.
Idk who are the managers here but clearly there has to be new management because out of the last few months my order has been wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME… I’ve order maybe 10-12 times In the past few months and not once has my order been correct… like NOT ONCE!!!!!! I’m not exaggerating at all ….
Slowest service do not go anytime after 10pm or you will be waiting in line for an hour, and then have the wrong and cold food when you leave.Plus sometimes you get to order finally after 30 min then they tell you cash only, seriously?
This place is always EXTREMELY SLOW! it doesn't matter if there are two cars in the drive thru or two in the store, it's like they NEVER have adequate amount if employees. No matter the time, SLOW! It's horrible!
