The variety of teas on the menu is great, but it can make it very difficult to pick one thing! They have the regular boba teas, but then there are all these great slushes and yogurts and everything can have extra toppings or mix-ins. The milk teas are really good and the flavors are great. It's also nice to be able to pick the level of sweetness in the drinks. It's fun to be able to customize the drinks exactly the way you want. The staff was very helpful and the service was fairly quick.
Visited kung fu tea centreville today and placed 5 orders. Out of the 5 orders they got 3 right. My order which was coffee milk tea with coffee jelly looked like coffe milk tea with a gigantic lump of something (as shown in picture). Requested a refund and the managers response was that this is suppose to look like that! and was not willing to refund. No exchange was even offered. First of all, you seal the top of the cup on this drink and offer a large straw to eat the jelly/bubbles/etc. Second, I've looked at numerous pictures on your website and online and none shows a large lump of jelly like this. If you can show me a picture from your menu or website which shows this lump, I'll be more than happy to revise my review. Finally, if a customer is not happy about an order because of the numerous mistakes on your part.. the least you can do is either refund or offer to replace the items that were incorrectly placed. You did neither one! If this is truly what this is suppose to look like, put up a picture on your menu so people are not suprised by this sad looking lump of what ever this is.

Worst service ever!!! My first visit I ordered a coffee milk tea with double coffee popping bubble and expresso shot. I received the coffee milk tea with tapioca bubble which is something that I don't enjoy the flavor of at all, I didn't notice until I drank it. So I gave it a second try I returned it back this time before even trying to taste it because of the fail last time. I will admit I should have tried to confirm but I hate the flavor so bad I didn't want to even go through it. The line was long so I requested a refund so I can move along. But the grabbed the unopened cup and took it back opened and said it was coffee popping bubble in there as it was last time mixed with regular bubble. Inspite of my refund they came back with another cup of coffee milk tea. I know my patronage won't be missed but I will not return. A simple I can assure that what we put in your order would have sufficed I probably would have tested on the spot to confirm....but oh well.
I got the Oreo milk tea and it was really good! Not my favorite location and it's a little packed but it definitely fulfills your boba desires ? ? ?

I don't know if they actually sell tea, I went to check them out at a little past noon on Thursday and they were CLOSED. What gives? Wasted my time.
Ok so it was packed with young people. They love it. The flavors, the vibe, the modesty, and drinks were awesome. My kids and her friends often hang out here.
Bought three different drinks today for the family and all three tasted like freaking sugar syrup. I couldn’t taste the tea at all. It was waaaay over sweetened. Even my 6 year old who is a sugarholic left his drink saying it was too sweet. I swear it was literally like drinking sugar water. Not going back.
