I would give 3.5/5Service is good. Waiter greeted us well and was regularly checking upon all customers and was doing great at work.Order was served within couple of minutes.-French toast was delicious.-Chicken fajita omlette was just average- pancakes were not satisfactory. They are better at mc Donald's ?
I always look at reviews on Yelp before going anywhere I haven’t been before…except this time. Wish I had. I’ve never even been to an IHOP in general and now I can say I will never go to one again. We went on Memorial Day morning so it was packed and our poor server was so busy and trying his best, so our experience is no fault to him at all. However, my food was just gross. The lemon ricotta crepes’ cream was pasty, gritty, thick, and no lemon added. I was expecting a nice refreshing light cream. After 2 bites, I couldn’t continue. The turkey bacon was also horribly cooked. It was bendy and tasted like rubber. I didn’t have the heart to make our servers life more difficult by sending the food back. So we paid and left. Will not return.
Last night was one of the most difficult nights for me as I felt so alone and depressed. Claudia not only served me in the best way possible but was also willing to listen to my heavy heart due to some personal issues. She was serving a few other tables but kept her word and came by even after I had paid the bill to remind me where we had left off in the conversation. Dear evening-shift manager, this amazing lady deserves a raise and employee of the month! I don’t think she has any idea how her kindness made my night so much better. ? I appreciate you and everyone such in the food service industry who not only take their work seriously but also exemplify humanity through their diligent service! “Thank you” is an understatement. I wish you all the best! (Sorry, if I misspelled your name ??)
The food was delicious and made it to the table quickly. The server was on top of things and was very pleasant. Great breakfast for the family!
The food is wonderfully indulgent and the service excellent.
The lady with blue hair is super nice. Shes friendly and fast working. We had a table of 20 people and thanks to her we were in and out! She deserves the world for her hard work and kindness
Omelette topping were cold, like straight out of the fridge cold. The hash browns were cold on the bottom half like they only cooked one side. Server never came back and had to go to front to get someone to get me a bill so I could leave. No follow up, no drink refills, nothing. Been to this location before, and have not had this issue. Disappointed.
Only one server for over a dozen tables. Food took a while and was incorrect. Toast was room temp, hashbrowns undercooked- crepe missing toppings and they tried overcharging. Had to have manager adjust $16 over charge.
Absolutely, the worst service that I had in my life. The only positive thing that she said was Merry Christmas. Server was rude, never checked, on us. We had to flag her down for everything. 5 people had coffee and she never checked to see if we needed refills. She didn't give us enough silverware and when we asked for one additional. She looked over the entire table before she would go get another one. I hope that for some reason that she just didn't like us because I feel sad if more people than us have to endure such service. I went to have a special breakfast with all of my adult children. She tried her best to ruin it but praise God the love in our family is greater than horrible service at IHOP. I do pray that her personal life was not as miserable as her service.Apparently, they don't really want to give a military discount here as they only give it to the military person and only if he/she is the one paying the bill.
Breakfast is what you expect at an IHOP, classic pancakes, eggs, bacon, etc. Prices have increased, as they have everywhere, but wow, these are much higher. Breakfast year ago was around $30 and this morning for the nearly the same menu items breakfast was $45! And, they didn't space out customers. All 4 parties were sat in neighboring booths although the restaurant was empty otherwise.
