It's maybe the best Korean BBQ in Centerville but I haven't been to them all. Though I have to say this place is pretty good. The portions are huge, the food is tasty, the service is fast and the staff is super attentive.
I declare this place to be my favorite Korean bbq restaurant in Centreville.;)))The food was so tasty that I almost forgot to take pictures - only have those lame pictures to attach??They offer several combo options for you to choose. We’re a group of 2, so we ordered a combo that comes with steamed egg and soybean paste soup. I love the pre-meal dishes and the waitress kept friendly asking us if we need to refill(it’s free).Reasonable price for combo, which provides a good amount of meat. And all the meat we had for bbq was premium quality, and was so yummy. The waiters/waitress were so attentive, every time they pass by they would check the status of our grilled meat and take care of the food. So the eating experience was hassle free, we never needed to worry about when to replace a new griller or whether the food is ready or not beachside they’ve helped us take care of it the whole time.TL;DRFresh and delicious food for a good priceFriendly and attentive staffNice ambience with Korean bbq tips at each table. Can’t wait to come back again! ?
Solid go-to place for Korean bbq and naengmyun! A lot of the nearby KBBQ joints have gotten so busy that there are long wait times - it’s good to have smaller local places like this that are just as good. They also have a great outdoor eating area as well!
We had a wonderful dinner here on Friday. It started off with a greeting by the hostess with a smile (I could tell even with her mask on!). She told us a party of 6 (at around 8pm) would take 30-40 mins but we were seated in about 20mins. Our server (who was not Korean but understood our order in Korean) was fantastic. He came by several times to cook/turn the meat, turn the heat up/down, and brought us anything else we needed more of. When he was busy and a different server noticed our meat seemed cooked on one side, he came over and turned the meat promptly. These guys are professionals! I will be returning!
Flavor of food was delicious !Was seated quickly .The portions were small not all you can eat meat for the same price of other places that are all you can eat.It was a little uncomfortable that the server kept coming to cook out meat vs my friend and I doing it our selves to our liking . The energy was very like go in and go out vs taking the time to eat your food snd enjoy conversation .
It was ok, not great or awesome. I ordered Kimchi Jim, top kimchi was cold. Which is supposed to be hot. They said that They will put it on the grill after cooking the meat. I thought that was kind of odd since everything should be ready to eat all at once so I can enjoy my rice and etc..
Delicious Korean bbq place in Centreville! The portion sizes per each meat order isn’t very large though. Their spicy cold noodle was just okay and not very memorable. The marinated galbi and thinly sliced brisket was great. We also liked the bulgogi and large intestine. They have plenty of variety in their banchan
Great taste good ambience. Can increase varieties if Asian non alcoholic drinks add shrimp and fish on menu . But beef and all is nice. Service is excellent thanks
In this area of Centreville, there are plenty of all-you-can-eat options. While you may be gettin more quantity, the quality is better at establishments like Gogiville, a relatively new player in a heavily saturated Korean BBQ market. They offer combos and ala carte options and we opted for the thin brisket and pork jowl (not very common). This is my second time trying pork jowl, the first was at an ayce place. I liked this one better. The cuts were fuller and seemed fresher. For whatever cuts of meat you order, they do offer some a good variety of dipping sauces for the meat, a nice salad, slice pickled radish, and a few other banchan. Ironically, the kimchi was probably the weakest part of the meal. Overall, reasonably priced relative to the current trends. Our family of five (two adults, one senior, and two kids) made it out of there paying under $100 and everyone was sufficiently stuffed.
By FAR the best KBBQ spot in Centreville!!I've been to most spots in Centreville (besides Honest Grill) and I have to say this place has the best combination of value, portions, and quality. Its not all you can eat, but their portions are large enough with their combos it should feed exactly the amount they suggest (they have party size suggestions for combos).Photos aren't the proportions they give you as we had been eating it before I realized to take a pic.I will definitely be back!!
