No for dine-in for sure. A baby crib and laptop are the lobby of this dated restaurant. No welcoming staff. -"what you see on the menu is what we have". Meaning No egg rolls!!! Chinese to go maybe. Prices ok. Food saturated in oil; even the rice (far from fried rice). Spring roll - 1 star (frozen- to frier) Sadly it can be call the Friendly Neighborhood restaurant. Tried this spot twice. Definitely not a 3rd one.
The Pros: Ordered online and food was ready in 15 minutes. They gave an extra Sweet & Sour Chicken dish which was nice, possibly a promo if I spent a certain amount of money. The price of the dishes were relatively cheap compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area ($11-12).The Cons: They messed up 2 of the 5 dishes and gave something else. I personally didn’t mind too much since the protein was the same. As for the food itself, the orange chicken and general tso chicken weren’t that fresh. The other dishes were pretty oily and left my face feeling greasy afterwards. Only food that seemed fresh was the vegetables.
Thank you Fortune Gourmet for the many nights you guys saved me from making dinner. I was a single Mother to 6 kids working 2-3 jobs and there are days I really could use a break from cooking. My kids are picky but they enjoy our Chinese nights! Thank you and we hope your business helps more busy families like ours.
I have eaten at Fortune Gourmet in Centreville since the early '90's The food was awesome then and is still awesome. They have a large delicious menu, fresh food and great service. I have never had a bad experience. Thank you Fortune Gourmet.
This review is only for the orange beef. Worst I've ever had. Not much flavor and chewy. Maybe from being dry. I really was hoping it would be good since I can walk to this place. Definitely won't be getting this again but I will give some other items a chance next time.

The food was super timely but the customer service was disrespectful and the person that answered cut me off multiple times. This has happened more than once. My stepfather is Chinese. The food is fine but nothing stellar. It’s take out and delivery food. The delivery people have done a wonderful job. I just would have appreciated better customer service since I am buying food from them. That’s part of owning a business! He has been disrespectful multiple times. It’s unkind especially since I’m supporting the business and his salary.
Best Chinese in Centreville area, great portion sizes. Been going here for years and years. Very consistent quality.
