Food and service is ok. I've had better ones that's why I can't say it's really good. The only thing that is good from what we ordered is the burrito with avocado. I didn't like the chicken quessadilla that I ordered, tastes blunt. Drinks are bit pricey compared to other Mexican resto.Probably won't be back for now.But definitely I will try again sometime.
Great place for a Mexican dine in experience. The quantity of the chips & salsa was far superior to that of other Mexican restaurants nearby. I ordered the chicken fajitas and Joe's Super Burrito, and both dishes couldn't have been better. Their service was nothing less than excellent. Our server continuously check backed with us to ensure that we were satisfied with our meal. I'll definitely be coming back for a second visit! 5/5
My wife and I were glad we came here to eat dinner. The chips and salsa were great! We ordered the chicken nachos and it was delicious and came with a nice portion size!! We both enjoyed our visit a lot!
Food was great, good flavor and huge portions. That's the 5 stars part... Service part, 1 star. Huge portions of attitude, lots of staying away from customers, even when you need them to order or for more water ect. But the food was good.
Service can be more knowledgeable. We came for Taco Tuesday Special and Happy Hour, which our server did not know anything about. We had to double check if we were even in the right restaurant and had to show the server the online menuThe atmosphere was nice, clean, and homey. Tacos were good, rice and beans nothing special. We overestimated the portion of the Tablas Taco Special (20 tacos), it was not enough for 3 empty stomachs ? You may have to browse the menu once more. Portion is good for a date night though
I just don't know how to rate this place... The food is really good very consistently. Their new menu is very abbreviated from their old one, but they let you order off menu. I recommend the lengua street tacos. So why 3 stars? The service is very lacking. More importantly, their attention it understanding of allergies is abysmal. I've eaten there 3 times and had to send food back every single time. Beware of you are allergic to dairy or wheat.
This place is amazing. Easily my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. My favorite dish is the Chori pollo, but I struggle to not fill up on the complementary chips and salsa every time I go. Staff is great, incredibly friendly. Check out Costco, they sell $100 gift cards for $80, every now and then it drops to $70. That's an incredible deal. This is part of a local chain that had locations in Alexandria and Springfield as well
First time here. Above average Mexican food (for the area) with some nice specialties like authentic street tacos. The Baja shrimp salad with avocado was very good and the shrimp were perfectly cooked. Dined in the bar area at lunchtime and the TV was showing an anime show at very high volume. Otherwise a pleasant dining experience with a very polite and attentive staff. We would definitely return.
We reserved the table for 10-15 people on Jan 27 2022. Food was good. But we have to look for server repeatedly. We even have to ask for spoon and forks for lady server. Service was terrible and late than usual. It might be, because they add 20% tip automatically for large groups and order. I went there lots of time . Though we loved food and drinks.
Went here after church with a group of friends. We all get combination pick two from the lunch menu. We got chorizo queso for appetizer. For my entree I got pork tamales and chicken taco. It was delicious and generous portion. Service was prompt and attentive. Definitely a nice spot for lunch special.
