You guys always have my mobile order ready on time!

Seriously, very inconsistent food, soggy hashbrowns half the time, and just got a toasted sourdough sandwich that isn't even toasted. I was the only person there and they had 4 employees there, so weren't short staffed.

Ordered 6 assorted donuts with my own selection and they got them all wrong ?

Not enough employees, a coffee order takes 20 mins to complete.

If you are in a hurry and you have little patience, do not stop in this place, it has been chaos for a long time, the employees do not know how to do the job. it's very frustrating

Qwinten is my favorite person at Dunkin. He’s super nice and helpful.

Went in to try and get iced coffee at 8 pm the guy working there was on his phone “texting” and told us he had no more iced coffee saying there were no more packets to make iced coffee disappointing. I think he didn’t want to make it for us to begin with.

Good quality but needs customers care skills

Fresh food but slow service

I love the convenience of having a DD in this area, but there seems to be a recurring issue with delays or inattentiveness on the quality control of items ordered through the app for walk in purchases. Today, I was one of two customers that sat for over 10 minutes for their food. For me, specifically,I waited over 20 minutes for one item I ordered through the app and finally got someone to work my order after I said something. (A customer who walked in after me and ordered a made-to-order espresso drink received his purchase before me. I ordered an unsweetened iced tea. ?) The response after I asked was “I’m making it now.” No apology for the the delay. The same for the customer before me who was also waiting for their food for walk-in pick-up. Yeah, the customer was a little frustrated, but dealing with frustrated customers from time to time is part of any service position. It’s a skill you learn, or customers don’t come back. This brings up another point. The reactions at this location from some of the employees who receive complaints tend to show either annoyance or that having to remake something or support a customer who needed something to complete their order was a hassle. It’s subtle, but it’s there. That’s not a good sign.I want to make it clear that I’m not trying to put the customer-facing employees here on blast. Food service jobs aren’t easy jobs, and when you have a busy store, any minor problem can sometimes create this huge whiplash effect. I get it. I’ve worked food service, too. You can’t be 100% all of the time, but I’m sensing a pattern here.I tend to believe these kinds of issues are systemic issues, which really means it’s a management issue. Makes me wonder what kind of environment these guys work in, what kind of leadership they have. Hopefully, someone helps these guys out, because your customers are feeling it.
