I brough two medium pizza last week and they forgot to put extra cheese. And then I called them and talked to represent his name isMichael he gave me credit . But today when I called the store The manager name is Alex he did not find the credit in the system. But he still gave me two medium pizza and he believe on my words so , I really appreciate it the way he treated me. My daughter love Domino’s since when she was nine years old and now she’s 19 years old she still love Domino’s pizza and I love domino customer service?
Not very friendly. No manners. I reported an order on the street that one of the employees lost and no one even said thanks. They went out and pick it up without even a thanks. I asked for a receipt and they said they don't give receipts. Won't be going there again.
I typically don't leave a review unless it's really bad/good. This is the really bad. I have already left a similar complaint on the Tell Us How We Did feedback, but not as detail as this one. Ordered extra cheese and the pizza has normal cheese amount. Called the store to complain and spoke with Michael. He said he used the right amount of cheese when he made my pizza. I told him it didn't look like extra cheese, more like regular. When I asked to speak to the manager, he said he's the manager. However, he also said something surprising. He said that his manager told him recently (I think he said in the morning) that he hasn't been using enough cheese and that he needed to. What the heck! He had to be told by another manager to use more cheese. Ridiculous! I'm assuming Michael is an assistant mgr. This store has been hit or miss when it comes to cheese, even when you order extra cheese. There had been times where there was so little cheese that you can see the sauce on the pizza, like a third of the pizza. Depending on the egregiousness and honestly my mood, I sometimes don't bother to complain. I certainly didn't expect to get a response like that from a 'manager'. I understand now why I had this issue seeing that some have also complained about the lack of cheese and toppings. Definitely won't be ordering from this store anymore.
Attempted a delivery with Michelle. She hung up on me. Rude customer service. I canceled my order. I worked in retail. I never treated someone that way.
The worse customer service I have received or seen after working almost 15 years and this location. Just ordered 3 pizzas and didn’t know Dominos has gotten automatic answering taking orders.. so I asked to be transfer to someone at the location.. an female answered and took my ordered while taking my order didn’t say her name who’s taking order.. when I asked to order 3 large pizzas she kept saying hmm hmm ham him ham “ is that the way they are trained to do customer service.” After giving her my order I asked 3 DIFFERENT times for the clean cut & well done. She hanged up on me.. when I got to the store I asked who took my order it was the General Manager “Chloe” really disappointed with this order and service I have received from her… will be calling to the head office in Vienna tomorrow morning…

My online order went well. When I arrived I entered the establishment and asked for some plates due to my large order. The lady at the counter slammed my plates down and rolled her eyes. Jordan who actually handed me the pizza was very nice.
Yesterday we ordered large five topping pizza from coupons. I have noticed when we ordered with coupons or free pizza they are putting very less chicken and topping. Really very disappointed ?. Actually I ordered with chicken ,jalapeño pepper, banana pepper, onion and diced tomatoes so totally five topping pizza..but there is very less chicken, onions ,pepper .only pizza crust with sauce and cheese..Then why they giving offers and free pizza if they can't put topping regularly. Seeing partiality. Totally disappointed.
Great customer service. Happy they have a quality check step. Dont mind the extra wait.
My order was a bit late but my driver, Cirilo was awesome which is why I’m giving it 5 stars! He was friendly and pleasant and followed my instructions properly. Well done!
