The two gentlemen working here were very polite and quick to make our treats. Well come back again in the future. They were very patient as our kids were tooka while to make up there minds.
i'm 70 years old and this is the best experience I've ever had in my life i have been eating from DQ for over 20 years and the serves is so good the have a guy who name is Harry he is a very good guy he is friendly too and i like their serves so much they are the best and their prices are so low do it is good
If omar farooq still the owner tell him thanks for giving me a job when i was a kid. It helped me get my first car and second car. Thank you so much for helping me out. As shaq qureshi got rich of the birth certificate and michael jordan rose after my birth. Let the good karma comes back to all souls in the place. Jah bless this dq. love you always...... Good action paid off.
I came in and got 2 dipped cones for my kids. One exploded on the top and was leaking all over. I had already paid. I politely asked the kid working if he could remake it after seeing my daughters eyes in disappointment. The owner runs out of the back and tells me we can’t remake your cone you can buy another one or I can give your a refund and don’t come back. All this in front of my kids! I have been coming here for 15 years and this is what I got for my loyal patronage. I proceeded to question why he was behaving like this and he proceeded to explain me that he would loose 0.80 cents if he made me another one, and told me to take a refund of $6 and toss the cones. I was like “ are you being serious right now!?” I had asked my kids to step out, as I could tell the owner was becoming erratic and I had to set things straight. After enough arguing he agreed to remake the cone and eat the .80 cost. A real beacon of customer service! SMH ??♂️
My wife and I have been coming here for a number of years now. Have never had a bad experience. Typically are served by the same guy who always seems to be there- feels very much like going to a local ice cream place even if it is a DQ.
Good service
Had to wait in line for about 30 mins with at least 30 people ahead of us., but it was absolutely worth the long wait.
