Don't eat at this location. This establishment is ridiculous. I wanted to give the staff the benefit of the doubt but after getting the wrong order today for the fourth time I cannot accept it. The staff here have no consideration for the customers or their orders. What makes it worse is that Chipotle does not handle customer service problems well because of their automated system that does not connect you to a real person. Do not eat at this location.
I love Chipotle. Always have. But this location is the worst one solely due to the service. I feel like the employees could care less about how they prepare your bowls/burritos whatever. Not to mention everyone is rude - unnecessary! We did Door Dash the other day, got our usual with one of the orders including guacamole. I wish I got a picture cause it was literally maybe a tablespoon amount when it should be a huge glop! It’s just been disappointing whether we go in or order delivery. It’s unfortunate as we live down the street.
I ordered carry out for myself and my son. I even showed up after my pick up time. When I walked in I found the shelf where they keep the takeout orders. I did not see mine so I asked the cashier for help. Barely making eye contact with me he simply said it’s on the shelf. I told him I already looked there and I did not see it. He didn’t reply and took the next customer. I was just standing there and I had no idea what’s going on so I asked him. He told me somebody stole my it lol. So out of all the 20 meals that were sitting on the shelf, mine was stolen. Without any further explanation he just continued to stand there. He wasn’t even busy with another customer. I noticed there was a prep cook working on an order. Since I had no idea what the status was I looked at him and asked if she was working on my order. He responded yes lol. I understand sometimes it’s hard to communicate and make eye contact but he certainly didn’t have that problem when he rang up a customer ahead of me. Hungry and irritated I continue to stand there until the prep cook pretty much tossed my order to me. No eye contact from this one either. She was just rude; they both were and, no apologies were made. When I get home food I was excited to dig in since I was starving at this point and I love chipotle’s food. It was disgusting. The onions were soggy and limp and the meat looked fake? The meal was cold even though I just picked it up and the sour cream look like cottage cheese and was globed on. Honestly I was so hungry I didn’t even notice until several bites in. I was so disgusted; I threw the rest of the meal away. In other words I paid $22 for garbage service and food. I’m noticing a lot of bad reviews for this store. I’m also noticing no managers are acknowledging any of them.
Worst Chain food restaurant experience of my life. I waited at least 3 minutes to be helped, even though it was a full staff just looking right at me. Even with all of that energy, only one kid was willing to make my Burrito. And he was distracted by the other staff, so it took him a couple attempts to finally finish and send me on my way right after I pay. Sounds easy, but no body was at the register. All of the staff that had dirty looks, ran in the back like mice at this point. I had to threaten to leave before my several requests for anyone to take my payment would finally be answered. 0.2 out of 10 for the Service. Food is a 1.4 out of 10 overall ?
Essentially got everything but the things I specifically ordered. And some things I DID NOT order. I honestly don’t know why I bother with this location.
Never go here. They mess up your order. All my orders were wrong. Such a disappointment from a fast food chain.
Infuriating. Watching everyone walk in and order and get their food faster than me ordering ahead of time and watching the "to-go" shelf empty. What's the point of having that service? I waited for almost a half hour after my order was supposed to be ready. I even gave this chipotle extra time to make it before I would be there. No rush, and it's still just searing dissatisfaction. I'm glad I could stand around with a dozen other people potentially distributing covid, because the line worker has no mask. I am disgusted, I am rightfully upset, and these words are all I have to warn future patrons to avoid this... "pit".
I have given this place opportunity time and again with my business and they disappoint every time. I order delivery and the order is NEVER accurate or leaves out something that I paid for. The website does not allow you to order extra salsa, even if you are willing to pay for it, but you can order extra guac. The food is atrocious and gets worse every time. I am so disappointed because years ago, it was not like this. The food tastes like a bunch of hot seasoning all across the board. The green salsa may as well be the red salsa. In addition, although I live about 5 minutes away, my food is always cold when it arrives. Don't understand why it isn't prepared when the driver arrives in the restaurant. In addition, I have seen a couple of times where the staff do not have on masks. I have had enough and will not be back. The quality of food and sevice at this restaurant has fallen drastically.
A made an order online that somehow another person took it, I showed them my receipt with the confirmation number for them to make it again but they wouldn’t, I ask to speak to the manager and this employe- short hispanic girl wouldn’t let me, I asked 3 times to speak to the manager but she blocked my way and made me call customer service because she would not make my order, then she went of to talk to her boyfriend. Are chipotle employees like this ? how can they not do their job right ? this is the worst experience I ever had, I would never go back to that place. Specially with such a treatment from that teenage girl, the company should hire people who knows how to do their job.
No masks worn on the line, against company policy too, makes you wonder what other higene rules they ignore...
