I wish I could give this place a 10 Star for how amazing the food and service was yesterday. My server Ben was awesome and very nice. The food was prompt, great tasting and well proportioned. I had a crawfish boil with their signature Cajun sauce, hush puppies and a mixed greens salad with a ginger ale.
Fish tacos are really good. Had a pound of shrimp and mussels. It did not disappoint.
Since our arrival the experience was delicious and amazing. We love the O'dang sauce with a little kick. The oysters, Crab legs, shrimp, and the calamari were super fresh. Love the team customer service. Very attentive and thorough. Kudos to Ivan and Luke. The other team members were awesome as well. Get ready to scan the menu with your cell phone. 20% service charge is calculated on the receipt. Nothing surprising to us since we love to compensate for great service; and that's exactly what we experienced there. Totally recommend this restaurant.
The service was excellent and the food food was good. We found the menu to be a little daunting but eventually got a satisfying meal ordered. This restaurant is "an experience" because picking crabs can be messy and you will need a bib.I would eat here again for a leisurely meal where you can get your hands dirty. One recommendation: have the beignets... maybe as an appetizer.
I am a fan of chasin tails seafood and usually order twice every month. Today I ordered the Twosome combo through UberEats and was creeped by one of the snowcrab legs. I am not sure what those are but they definitely made my feel bad about my food. I hope the restaurant can clean its food more carefully and don‘t let this happen again in the future.
The whole experience was great! Such an awesome staff!!! They were so friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious! We ordered the basket for 2 and it was hot, fresh and we didn’t wait long at all. Excellent!
Found an old gift card and decided to go back really glad we did even if the gift card didn't work.Food is always amazing and fresh. Must try Fried shrimp and the seafood stew was right on spot! You can take the bread and make your own Po Boy! Seafood lovers know fresh comes with a cost.New 20% service fee which is fine but way too many servers asking if you were ok, makes it feel rushed when they are trying to be helpful.
Their seafood is the freaking B O M B. We very much enjoy going here at least 1-2 times a month. And our service is always great. I wish I could remember our past 2 servers names… excellent job though!
Get ready to enjoy delicious seafood or wings with a Cajun flare! We enjoyed charbroiled oysters on the half-shell, hush puppies, grilled wings, salad, and pound of shrimp with their dang sauce. Have mercy! Go all in and wear the bib and gloves. You’ll be glad to did … messy, tasty eating awaits you!
We had a good run here. The garlic noodles you will not go wrong with. The customer service is good. This place is good. Drinks are good. They are a bit pricey. I love the garlic noodles and love the crawfish Mac cheese, definitely must try it. The wings were good as well. We will return. Management was good an friendly.
