Staff shortage has really affected the dining experience negatively. Used plates were just left on the table rather than being cleared after each course. Very unappealing and inconvenient as table space was increasingly reduced. Server was not very attentive and it took several tries to get the bill right.Food was good, portions were generous, bread was replenished upon request.Restaurant wasn't particularly crowded, so that wasn't the issue. They had the hostess bussing the tables between diners. If you don't mind distinctly sub-par service, it's still a good place to dine out.

Terrible service and the food I don't even rate. I ordered veal marsala terrible dish, the veal steak swimming in fat with just a little something sauce, I ordered with mash potatoes, considering the price I tough could be made a fresh, bad choice, I should pay extra for fresh veggies. The only thing that was kind of decent was the coffee and water with lemon which came at the end of my dinner and my side caesar salad never showed. Never come back to this restaurant. Terrible experience, use to be a good restaurant no anymore. Whoever owns the chain should invest in quality food and service their prices no reflect that.

We order from Carrabba’s Centreville once to 3 times a month. It’s always good. But this time- something major was off. First as you can see from the pictures, the salad is NOT fresh. I’ve never gotten brown lettuce from there. I also asked for extra mushroom sauce and salad dressing- got no extra mushroom Marsala sauce and the amount of salad dressing only made 2 salads yet we got a family meal that’s suppose to feed 4-5 people. Then we got one loaf of bread when we should get two. I am always appreciative of the driver and Carrabbas and tip well. My moms in town visiting and she doesn’t have a Carrabbas near her home so we ordered from there again, bc it’s always been good. Except for today. A real let down!

Overall restaurant not busy and could use some cleaning especially windows. Also items (boxes etc.) openly stored in Restaurant. Calamari was super chewey. Bread basket bread left a lot to be desired. Ran out of zucchini so no appetizer. Entrees were okay. Butter cake/ice cream berry desert: part of butter cake was burned, scrimped on berries (twice as many in picture of desert), not even a full scoop of ice cream. Skimpy for a dessert that was almost $10.00. Afraid this restaurant has gone down hill.

The only things I like from here are the salads and cannolis. I’ve been a few times recently but will not be returning and it has nothing to do with the service because the staff there is friendly. It’s the food… the pasta dishes are extremely bland, zero flavor what so ever. Last time I brought my leftover pasta home and cooked it with some garlic and other spices. Sorry but you all gotta get some new chefs up in there.

We haven’t been here since a while ! So we wanted simple Italian food! The drinks were fine. The server was super friendly and nice.We asked for the appetiser compo which was good! We like the filled mashroms ! And the souse. Calamari was nice.Kids meal of spaghetti and meat balls ! Was not so great! And the heated plate shows that it may was not Newley made ! My daughter didn’t eat into even half. The chicken soup was not in the right heat!Wife asked for eggplants, which was not so great, fries was not newly made !In general, it’s okay but do not expect Waw food ! , staff was friendly that for sure and they were nice.

Had dinner tonight and enjoyed a great serving of rigatoni and meatballs with a Caesar salad. Delicious after a long day. Also impressed with the serving staff. My server was great. Arina is prompt, attentive, concerned and a bundle of positive energy.

Centreville usually has my vote but. While our waitress was wonderfulThe manager greated us at the door and said 45min wait but didn't bother to take my name and walked away. The shrimp and scallops in vodka sauce had only 2 scallops snd 2 shrimp ridiculous for the cost.Stick with a meal that states amount of protein

It was a big mistake to go to this so called Italian Restaurant for my 50th birthday. Our dinner started fine. Got our drinks, 2 of the 3 starters we ordered. Then it started going down the drain since all attention giving to the wine and dinner guests including managers. Our kids orders mixed up. Our 3rd starter never been served and my order was completely wrong. Our drinks never been refilled and no one even stop by and asked if everything was ok. I don’t blame our server because she was pulled away to help those wine n dine crowd. It was a horrible experience. I’m a restaurant manager myself and I worked at Royal Caribbean, Marriott and Hilton properties and been in hospitality business more than 30 years. Carrabba’s used to be one of my number one casual restaurants to go. But not anymore, at least this poorly managed location. Our server apologized and wanted to bring this matter to her managers but no one acknowledged or come to our table at least for an apology. I believe this company either train their managers better or hire managers who are capable of manage.

Had a very kind server, but our food came out looking like it had been thrown on the plates, and the manager even argued with us when we told him one of the plates he was handing us was not ours. It just seemed that for the restaurant not being very busy orders should have been correct. We were missing sides, an entree, and the other entrees were portly cooked. I had 7 lobster raviolis with no sauce, and they were so gummy from sitting under a heat lamp.Save your money, eat at a mom and pop place instead.
