I go by the location a lot though I don't usually stop there more than twice a year because I'm usually in a hurry.Most recently went in to order and everybody there was professional and working together.The woman who rang up my order verified what I ordered and was professional and friendly.The order was made correct and was fresh.
This location employs staff who are discourteous, unable to fulfill orders and unaware of a positive work ethic. I have visited this particular location several times with the hope of seeing improvement. Unfortunately, each time I am sorely disappointed. I am unsure if utilizing it's drive through option is the reason. On my last visit, I had completed my order online, had the code and the total amount due. When I informed the individual of my Burger King app order, the code was requested which I provided. I was informed there was no food items but only my name. Recognizing there was line behind me, I attempted to give my order and just order and pay separate from the app. As opposed to assisting me, the employee continued to ask for the code, repeat the same message and not get past the issue. I tried to place the order until I finally just said I'd go elsewhere. As I shared, I faced a person who could chose not to assist me, would not fulfill my order, and just can't get a positive work ethic. I have no doubt that anyone affiliated with the company might immediately use the reason of being short staffed due to Covid as the reason. If so, I would respond that a good employee is a good employee. Good training is good training. Good hiring is good hiring. At some point, a company must be accountable for poor employees.
It’s a Burger King so the food is usually all the same I will admit so this rating is more ok the fact that they keep everything so clean, stocked and they are fast to greet you. Food is warm when served and fast. Every time I visit the bathroom is super clean which is not typical of other burger kings I have been too. Thanks for the great service!
The service was good. The food was ready quickly. The bathroom was clean. The restaurant was spacious. Ample parking. Only feedback is I go jalapeño poppers instead of mozzarella sticks, but they were still good.
Before i went for ice cream in McDonald but now i found out the burger king has best ice cream ,Mr. Babak is an outstanding and great guy such a wonderful and professional Cashier and super incredibel
I don't eat out side food but usually I go here for eating Ice cream , the night shift cashier Mr.Babak is an incredible and super friendly guy , such a great customer service he has, this guy deserve for award
buger! Was a 2 for $6 deal. Very disappointing & they wouldn't answer phone when I called. On a previous visit I was missing a burger!
Always very efficient and never had an error yet in fulfillment of orders. Over a decade by the way. And the staff are all very nice. It's always a pleasure to buy dinner there.

There was only 1 other person inside and it still took 10 minutes to get the salad I ordered, I suppose it's possible the drive through was backed up but I don't know. The bathroom was clean and they gave me alot of napkins without me asking so 3 stars instead of 1
