Very delectable, per usual. Love this location, it’s always filled with good energy and nice customer service, feels very homey. Lots of options to choose from and the garlic soy wings are the best to ever exist. Loved the kimchi as well!!!! But omg…the fries were the star of the show SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!
They have good decent food but their services are extremely going down hill during my several recent visits. Although the restaurant was empty when we walked in, The wait for the food was more than half an hour . They also missed other dishes we ordered without any explanation. During the time we waited, there were 4-5 servers there but none was checking on us to see how we are doing. We didn’t feel welcome and they didn’t say good bye. Very sad this place is so close to my house. The management should seriously pay attention on this.
I have ordered 8 pc soy garlic and 8 pc spicy wings for years!! Not even a weeks ago I ordered for the last time and total came up to $28 and some change. I tried placing an order today and the total was $33 and some charge. I asked why? They said it has been a small increase in their price. $5 dollars more? 33 dollars for 16 wings?? I find this ridiculous.. I love Bonchon but it’s time to let go.

Placed an order at 2pm for a pick up at 5pm. Got there at 5pm and they told us another 10 more minutes. Finally got my order at 5:40 pm and found out at home they were missing our fried rice that included as part of the family meal deal. The chicken was ok but other dishes weren’t great. Tteokbokki had kimchi in it and was very sour, not sure if that was a mistake but we didn’t enjoy it. Soggy fries and takoyaki didn’t taste good either. Very disappointed for the amount of money that we’ve spent on the dinner.

The website and the restaurant price is different.Food was okay, just little salty. Fries were really good but little oily.
This is the best bonchon in the area. Consistently good.Side note: Dont use the delivery option on the bonchon website. Door dash delivers their orders, but if you don't order directly from door dash, you have limited options if they are slow. Got a notification that my order was ready to be picked up, 36 minutes later and the door dash driver is finally on the way to pick up the food. There's no way to actively track the order and know what's going on. I'd have tried to cancel the delivery and picked it up myself if I knew my food was going to sit at the restaurant for almost an hour.

Good crunchy chicken, nice pickle, bulgogi is okay. It needs to be cleaned a bit better. Sat in a booth where you can see all the trash in the crevice between the seat and the back.
