I ordered the spicy miso ramen with chashu, isobe (fish cakes), and strawberry bubble tea. This was my first time trying their food and I just have to say that the bubble tea blew me away at first sip. It was so good. It was so much better than the bubble teas I normally get at other places. The bubbles were the perfect texture. The ramen and isobe were also very good. Ramen could be spicier but I also have a pretty high spice tolerance. The chashu was so soft and tasty. The isobe was crunchy (in a good way). I would definitely order here again in the future.
Very tasty ramen, would definitely return. They are accommodating. My daughter was extremely happy with her ramen.
Great food. I was here for lunch. Little weird playing jazz at Japanese restaurant. My noodle had miso-based broth and it tasted fantastic. Their fried shrimps were also very crispy. They always have inexperienced servers. I don’t know why. But I have never received bad service or anything.
Wonderful atmosphere, very kind and respectful service. Tasty broth, beer, chicken, & pork belly. Definitely a return place?
The curry they have is AMAZING. Definitely a great comfort food. The takoyaki is given to you at an edible temperature and doesn’t burn your mouth when you bite in.The ramen however… not so great. The noodles definitely aren’t house made. They’re not meant for ramen. The Tonkotsu ramen was just not good. The only redeeming quality was the egg. The meat was bland. The bamboo shoots and mushrooms tasted like straight calcium. And the seaweed must have gone bad.Maybe I just had the ramen on a off day? But!! Will definitely be back for the curry!
I used to love coming to this restaurant with my boyfriend. The sushi was amazing as was the ramen, but I will never come here again. They no longer offer sushi and they have cut back on their portion size which would be okay if I wasn't paying the same price. The appetizers we got were served mushy and cold. When my boyfriend and I got our ramen, there was no egg, barely any broth, and mine tasted extremely fishy. At the bottom of my bowl was rotten mush, I could not even finish the ramen. Even after we left we were both horribly sick by the end of the night. It is really disappointing to see a restaurant that was once really good go downhill. Not work the almost $80 spent. The only okay part of the meal was the milk tea.
We were seated right away and the waiter was very attentive. While the menu is not extensive, the menu has photos of each dish and a good description of the ingredients of each. This is not a sushi place, but more freshly-made ramen. There are Japanese alcoholic beverages by the glass and bottle as well as bubble teas. While they brew the tea for the bubble tea, the regular hot green tea is a bag of Lipton. I had the premium chicken curry, but frankly, I thought the texture was beef. My husband had the chicken miso ramen which was spicier than he thought it would be but not overly so. We both enjoyed our meals.
Enjoyed a bowl of ramen with some sake. Excellent service and delicious food. Will definitely return.
Here now.Empty during dinner rush.Sad.Sushi bar is permanently closed.I'm walking away from half a bowl of ramen.I feel bad for them. Feels like it's on the verge of extinction.
Really great food overall, went for my 20th birthday and it’s my new ramen spot, everything I got was amazing and what made it 10x better was the atmosphere and the amazing service, will definitely become a regular
