stood inside while being ignored by every single employee for 10 minutes. finally got annoyed and went to leave and the second the people behind me went up they were greeted and had their order taken. the manager walked right past us as we were saying excuse me and we were even ignored by him. will never go back.
Food good. However...ordered on mobile app, no order ready when I arrived. Claimed I ordered at wrong Zaxbys, had confirmation on my phone. Totally disorganized

Chicken was over cooked and wife's salad was more lettuce then anything for a 8.99 salad!! Total was a little over 20.00. I guess the good thing about the visit we could eat inside!! Probably won't be back unless its the only fast food restaurant open and then still would have to think about it!!
i love waiting in line for 20 minutes and then at the speaker for another 10 just to have them tell us they’re out of literally everything :-) great job guys
I ordered 5 wings and 3 of them (2 legs and a flat) were just tiny little bones. I know y’all can do better than that
It’s good food if you can actually buy it. Waited in line for 10 minutes and the line only got 1 car shorter, not sure if they got their food or just gave up and left like I did. It was a fun way to waste my lunch break.
Worst zaxby’s i’ve ever been too. Online order left 5m after posted order, got there and called well, no curb side OR indoor pick up like the app had posted. Went through drive through to get it. After waiting on the full line ahead of us, get to the window and they apparently hadn’t started because we still waited 5m at the window and then told to pull up. 7 minutes after being pulled up to the door employee brings the order with NO drinks that were ordered??!? “Sorry” Goes back in and brings them. Just now got home woth it all. Wish me luck
