Plain ridiculous! Stood at the front register for 25 minutes and not a soul even acknowledged I was there. After 25 minutes, the register clerk proceeds to tell me and the now 6 person line that has evolved, that we need to "Bare with him, that he has to get a bunch of doordash orders done". I just walked out because that was complete ignorance at its finest. Manager even made eye contact on 3 different occasions.
My husband and I come to Bristol every year, first time ever stopping at this place , they were packed at the drive thru. So my husband went inside, ordered don't know how confusing, a double cheese with only mayo and bacon is but it confused her , so he just told the lady 2 double cheese with everything , we ended up with two doubles with cheese one was plain with bacon and the other had mayo, katsup and mustard with bacon and , although the food tasted good , the services was slow and food was wrong , but they was busy , so we would give this another go , cause they could have been better , Hubby thinks it was also a new cashier
Would like start by saying that I'm a dasher and I picked up for a customer tonight around 10pm sat in the drive thru for 15 mins before I ever got to tell them I was there and then it was another 15 minutes before I got to the window and I was still waiting on food. This is completely unacceptable. Dash orders should be ready to go as soon as the dasher gets there. Get it together people.
Every time I come here the people inside are very rude. I pretty much get my food thrown at me out the drive through window and god forbid they get an order right
Disappointed with the size of their sweet teas....same price but now the large is the size of a Hardee's medium sweet tea for a 1.00The main reason I went was for a Wendy's large sweet tea....I will just go to McDonald's or Hardee's for a tea now....save my money.....why pay more for a smaller tea.....Wendy must think she can. charge whatever and people will.continue to come....this ole girl bought her last Wendy's sweet tea today.....Hardee's and McDonald's have better business sense
Food is great. If the people were friendly I would have gave it 5 stars.
Me and my coworkers went here for lunch today worst place I could ever eat in my life none of the workers including the manager was wearing gloves putting their dirty hands all over your food that you put in your mouth with all this covid bacteria flu sickness going on right now who knows them employees could have went to the bathroom and picked their nose played with herself and then come back in there and handle your food without gloves on very nasty never eat here again health department should shut them down.
Horrible service, employees and manager were very rude. Our food was not right, the manager threw his headset and punched the wall. The drive thru was super busy but they could not handle the volume.
Good food and service. Even better was the music playing while eating. It's hard to find Christin music playing while you eat anymore. I recommend and will return
Stopped here for lunch. Omg...the Baconator was hot, juicy and delicious! The fries were hot and crispy. And the customer service is great!! Will definitely be back!!
