Great service and food. Wow better than the other ones that have been around a while. I hope the owner keeps the quality this high always. A++
Worst experience ever at Texas roadhouse brought us a blooming onion and wasn't done batter and onion wasn't fully cooked asked for another one and it was the same way . Ordered a chili cheese fries for my grandson and it came out with burnt hard cold cheese and no chili and his chicken tenders were over cooked and crispy. I Ordered a 6 Oz stake medium and it was well done and never saw a manager. We also noticed others were not happy with some things. I asked the waitress if the cook was new and she wouldn't say. It sucks when we go out to dinner and have to leave there and get the kids something to eat somewhere else because there food was nasty there.
Absolutely the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. We were seated with a dirty table and dirty plates. We had a very similar experience from our previous visit. This previous experience already had me questioning the quality of the restaurant and staff. I started a timer from the time we were seated. We waited there for over 15 minutes and we were never acknowledged. Multiple tables were seated around the same time and after us. The other customers were greeted and placed their drink orders with zero issue. We ultimately left the table from lack of service. Exiting the restaurant the hostess did not even acknowledge our presence. I wish there was something good I could say about this restaurant. I will never return to this location for any reason. I can also promise you that every person that brings up this location will hear this story. I hope the owner of this location spends the time to read this review and fixes all the issues they have allowed to occur here.
Our steaks were cooked perfectly, sides were tasty and rolls yummy. Our server, Rick, was awesome and added pleasure to the entire evening.
Only 2 alcoholic drinks and felt rushed because they were busy. I’ll go somewhere else to have dinner and adult drinks!
we were in a few weeks ago and had best waiter his name was Jordan. We thought he was great. He was busy but he made sure to still enter act with us. We had great time because he made it fun. Thank you Jordan
The food was good and service was great! Only giving 4 stars because my mashed potatoes and corn were both kinda cold, but it was still good! ?
Being vegetarian, I was very happy to see that I could make a platter of sides for my meal.The service was great. Everyone was nice. The place was clean. It gets only four stars because while having one veg option, I think that they need to have more vegetarian and vegan options available.
Been a few times. The first couple of times went well. The last time was a Saturday night. We got on an hour and a half wait, so by the point we were sat it was a little after 9PM. After receiving our first round of drinks, and ordering food, it was probably around 9:45 and they called last call. We had to order our drinks at that moment, despite still trying to drink our first, just to ensure we could have a second. They said it was because they close at ten. Unlike most restaurants, they do not serve the table while they finish. The steak I received was cooked perfect but was not seasoned. We then asked for roles and they had none remaining. Recommend getting there before it’s near closing because the quality goes down hill. Server was still very good.
Really enjoyed having lunch at the Texas Roadhouse the service and food was great we will definitely be coming back
