Asked for 2 of the boxes of $6 value and replace meat with beans in both boxes. Cashier then asks do you want meat in regular taco? I repeat no, I want beans in everything, no meat.,Got home, one box had meat. We don't eat meat, gas too high to go back.
Had 5 stars but now 1 star. Everything was cold, old, soggy and even my Pepsi was flat. They gave me 1 napkin and 27 packs of sauce. I don't understand?
I went to this taco bell today after work just wanted something quick. First, I basically sat in a fast food drive thru for 20 mins. Then no freezes for sale on the menu. For the last straw I open up my melt and counted basically 3 pieces of chicken. Basically nothing but sauce and cheese. Ridiculous
Consistent and almost always have what I ask for, only reason its not 5 stars would be due to when I ask for extra of something I don't get it. All around love the staff

Ordered by app, waited 25 minutes past pick up time. Tried it again 3 weeks later and the food was a mess. Ordered 2 boxes,most of the food crammed into 1 box and a couple of things in a bag

I went there as a special treat for dinner and I wanted to pick up something for my 2 dogs; I asked the woman at the speaker what I could get them and she helped me make a burrito each for them. I didn't realize they did put the sauce in and so I drove around and instead of having to wait in line a young man that was getting off of work it looked like ran in and got me some sauce. They were all very helpful.
